Apple hater math:
$330 x 2 = $400.
Brilliant.

I wonder if Samsung is going to sue Apple for stealing it's PLASTIC PHONE concept. There has been a frenzy going on for months (years?) bashing Samsung's CHEAP PLASTIC PACKAGE. Now Apple comes out and steals the idea from Samsung. Now we have a frenzy going on over the PRETTY COLORED PLASTIC iPhone 5C. Why no bashing now? And then, what can we expect to happen when Apple starts shipping LARGER screen models, again stealing the concept from Samsung?
CNET user richardrothey deserves a prize for this comment. It's so stupid that you want to think he's joking, but the sad thing is that he's totally serious. Here are his two claims: 1. Samsung invented plastic smartphones. No, really, it did. And Apple is copying Samsung by releasing a plastic phone. 2. Samsung invented the concept of larger screen sizes. No, we're not even talking about a specific screen size--just the GENERAL IDEA OF INCREASING SCREEN SIZE. So by increasing the iPhone's screen size, Apple is copying Samsung. Of course, it's totally fine if any other manufacturer makes plastic phones with larger screens--it's only a problem when Apple is the one doing it. The stupidity in this comment is just legitimately depressing. Idiots like this one accuse Apple of failing to be innovative, but then they turn around and say that Samsung invented plastic phones and larger screens. It's pathetic, it really is.
the bats (animal) activist are gonna sew apple they use sonic waves to imply how close they are to a wall, so isnt this basicaly the same?
CNET user "darknessblade" responding to an article about an iPhone patent that would allow the phone to automatically change its volume based on how far away from you it is.
He thinks that this is the same as echolocation. Yes, really. Bats. iPhones. Clearly the same thing.
Apple is concerned about warranties instead of how humans are being treated that work at the Chinese slave labor camps. [...] Woman are given forced onsite abortions! It cost Apple, $40 to make an iPhone.
So... many... lies...
I am glad Samsung doesn't waste time mentioning the inferior "iphone" which was destroyed starting with the SII, killed with the SIII and buried with the S4. Now Apple will imitate the Galaxy phones making bigger screen and updating the long due OS with the 5S and 6 versions. I also see rumors that will make the back of the phone with plastic and add removable battery and probably memory slot. Very smart to copy the competition, eh? if you can't fight the enemy you better join/copy it.
CNET user jsmexusa is so completely disconnected from reality that I'm having a hard time figuring out whether or not his comment was sarcastic. Unfortunately, as we've seen so many times before, Apple Haters have a special talent for being complete idiots. Strike 1: The iPhone was not "destroyed" by the SII (an assertion which single-handedly qualifies him for a mental institution) or "killed" by the SIII. Strike 2: Despite what this idiot thinks, Samsung didn't invent larger screens. No, really, they didn't. I know this may come as a shock to some people, but it's true. Strike 3: You can't really copy standard features such as a removable battery (which anyone with two brain cells can tell you is NEVER going to come to the iPhone) or a card slot. And no, you can't copy a plastic body either. Someone please make sure this guy never goes in the gene pool.
makes no product's and sues others for income, yep, that describes apple.
CNET user holden118 thinks that Apple doesn't make any products and instead uses lawsuits to generate income. The stupidity displayed in this comment is actually kind of disturbing.
The samsung S4 is more powerful than an iphone 6 and more powerful than an imac
I really hope that CNET user Big_Daddy_Dirt is just a troll, because if he's not, well, that's pretty pathetic.
I would have said that there's no way anybody can be that stupid, but a look at some of the other comments I've posted here kind of disproves that theory.
Apple Maps fiasco just made Apple look dumb with their inability to ripoff Google's service.
CNET user dexed has once again confirmed that Google invented maps, mapping services, and navigation systems. Unbelievable that Apple tried to rip off Google's product, isn't it? And don't even get me started on the scumbags who copied Google by making paper maps!
Apple is being insanely greedy by making it so you can only listen to music on Apple devices
CNET user berock2122 has two goals:
Try to make Apple look bad by lying about iTunes
Try to make himself look like a complete idiot by posting blatant lies
Well, he definitely succeeded with the second one... he didn't do too well with the first one, though.
You guys are on crack if you believe the lies. I heard some kids were working 92 hours with no sleep to make the lovely i-Junk for you. --tdlucas
And just when you thought he couldn't get any worse (see my previous post), tdlucas decided to post an even more retarded comment about Apple. I wish I could say that he was being sarcastic, but unfortunately, this moron is being completely serious. Unbelievable, isn't it? This is by far one of the stupidest Apple-hating comments I've ever come across, and that's saying a lot.
apple lies. They are still forcing children to make their garbage for pennies an hour, working them for 38 hours straight with no breaks. Typical apple, think they can fool us every time. --tdlucas
So. Apparently, children are now able to work on assembly lines for 38 hours, nonstop, with zero breaks. And they do so for a few pennies per hour.
I'm quite literally depressed by how idiotic this person is. Almost all Apple Haters are willing to post complete lies, but this guy took it one step further and decided to make it completely ridiculous, too.
One can only hope that he will never be allowed to swim in the gene pool. Not even a little.
Windows 8 , singlehandedly , has spurred more form-factor innovation that at any time in computing history.
More crap from bufbarnaby.
Apparently, taking the same hybrid laptops that have been around for the last decade and making them marginally thinner counts as "more form-factor innovation than at any time in computing history". So does taking a desktop and slapping a touchscreen on it.
Is this guy pathetic, or is he pathetic?
Stupid "mini" is way too wide..it will flop as Surface eats more iPad sales.
Here, Bufbarnaby, who is one of the best clowns on CNET and a paid Microsoft PR shill, demonstrates his impressive ability to see the future in a comment from 2012.
Except... it's not really the "real" future, because in the future of several months ago, it turned out that the iPad Mini was pretty damn successful and the Surface ended up spending a lot of time sitting on store shelves.
That's OK, though, because he doesn't seem to live in reality in the present either. Poor guy. He probably thinks Apple is going out of business by now.
Really I forgot this feature on the IPhone 5 (who by the way took the idea of increasing the size of the phone from that scamsung galaxy note and s). So since everyone is always stealing someone's idea quit your fanboy crying.
CNET user allen_harper misunderstood gzjr's sarcastic comment about Samsung stealing eye-tracking technology from Apple. That's okay, though, because we got a hilarious rant out of it!
And, as always, we get an important reminder: Samsung invented large screens. No, really. They did. Nobody else came up with them before Samsung, and there's no way Apple didn't copy Samsung. Also, nobody else is a thief, only Apple. Why? Because f**k logic, that's why!
**** APPLE!!! All you apple idiot fan boy ******* are computer id10ts. Android is a LINUX OS WAY more secure then any other OS #1, #2 Apple is over priced pieces of dog ****. Samsung devices are way more superior then pretty much anything out there. Apple STILL does not have HD screens on their iFail 5. Get over it Apple A$$ bag$. Android and Samsung run the show.
CNET user LiquidAlloy continues the fine Apple Hater tradition of writing intelligent, well-thought-out comments with mature arguments and absolutely no childish insults.
(note sarcasm)
Let's accuse CNET of biased reporting!
(7 51 PM) CNET: "Apple loses bid for permanent ban on Samsung phones in U.S." [cnet.co/VNmj6O]
(8 34 PM) CNET: "Samsung loses bid for new trial after Apple's $1B verdict" [cnet.co/ZeAUzT]
(8 56 PM) mrcjacobs: "It's funny how Applenet, oops, cnet only half reported this story. The full story is that the judge turned down Apples request for a sales ban and Samsung's request for a new trial." [cnet.co/YkWNK2]
He didn't even bother to check if CNET had already reported about the other half of the story. Idiot.
Apple copied the look and feel of google maps. Apple should be sued. --Phandroid123
GOOGLE INVENTED MAPS! APPLE COPIED THEM, JUST LIKE THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE PAPER MAPS!
I honestly don't know the right words to describe how stupid this guy's comment is, and I don't want to spend the time trying to think of some.
