Happy Disability Pride Month!
I barefoot for to help manage my chronic pain and mobility issues due to physical disabilities, and sensory and stimulation needs due to my experience with Autism and ADHD. Barefooting is an issue of accessibility and accommodation for many people regarding physical and mental disabilities. I am a disabled barefoot advocate with Barefoot Is Legal. Another organization I highly recommend is Barefoot Autism Challenge founded by a fellow Autistic Barefooter :)
