outofclones. my casting for kate cha (fan binging) and the immortal (leo suter) from Invincible in au where kate is actually hundreds of years old and was THE wu zetian from chinese history but suffers from amnesia due to the psychological damage of her clones deaths / immortality.
My concept for the immortal is that he is strongly tied to his celtic and nordic roots and became worshipped as a deity by his own tribe. He is a magic user and a very powerful and experienced warrior beyond his physical blows and strengh.

out of duplicates. guys, because I got hyperfixated on blood+ and specifically a certain woman child of a vampire that is emotionally stunted due to being an experiment for the first 200 years of her life and doesn't know how to properly express her feelings and needs without being violent, I've decided to make an oc based off said woman child and turning the concept into the deceased child of mark and eve but following a mutual's headcanon, the baby was a miscarriage around the second trimester for eve.
Said baby (gender was confirmed to be a girl) is definitely deceased but due to evil science reasons, the baby is cloned without eve's knowledge or consent and raised as an experiment in a golden cage by individuals that use her for their own ambitions and manipulation, essentially depriving her childhood of any genuine affection and love which makes her have familial stockholm syndrome. That and of course she's gonna be a villain by proxy.
Also due the experiments, she has some kind of genetic mutation that allows some varying form of eve's powers and Mark's viltrum dna to coexist.
I'm thinking her name is Serena Grayson and if you think Terra is spoiled, Serena will definitely convince you otherwise.

I'm sorry but, I'm genuinely upset that despite the "good changes" that were made from comic to screen (such as Kate and Rex having an affair, implying Kate knew eve and Rex were dating and Eve trusted Kate up until that point to in the show with Rex tricking Kate into fucking him solely because he said Eve broke up with him and was dating Mark, kate showing genuine guilt over being found out by eve in the shower, etc) it just still makes her look worse in comparison because there wasn't any on screen buildup or chemistry between Rex or Kate prior despite the established team of them working together with what can be assumed for years now.
KATE AND EVE SHOULD AT LEAST BE GOOD FRIENDS
It makes Kate look very childish and jealous of Eve because she wasted no time swooping in to jump rex's bones once she had a justifiable reason to get with him while a funeral was going on no less (which makes her look double worse) when she should've been there with her team grieving the fallen guardians like everyone else.
And kate attending the funeral could've shown her initiative to become a guardian, it could've shown how much she looked up immortal who she felt could maybe understand her if they just got the chance to speak to one another and she could've shadowed him but the fact that all the guardians died in one night would've also made her have a lot doubt about even pursuing such a goal when the guardians were the best of the best that were murdered in cold blood.
Please don't even get me started on her wasted potential and use of powers and her dying so many times and the scene with her sounding so entitled to Rae and Rex who almost lost their lives and thought she was dead...I hate that scene. She sounded so grossly entitled as if she hadn't known her teammates for years and wasnโt an inevitable soldier / experiment like Rex and Eve.
And then the out of nowhere hooking up with immortal and the two of them getting up on their ugly high horses over everyone. It was handled so poorly in my opinion. I just genuinely hate it. They should've had more time to develop together and not have their relationship come swinging out of left field like that.
That's enough out of me for a 7am rant, I just needed to get this off my chest.
