If You’re a Simmer Who is 18 or Older, Reblog!
Hey! I know I basically took March off but I’ll be back in a few more days. I had a dissertation and exams to prep for as well as Masters applications so yeah life sorry it happens, can’t be simming 24/7 <3
Anyway I got some sweet messages from people checking if I was okay which I mostly responded to but if I didn’t just gonna say thanks for checking! It was lovely~
I’ve been playing but not screening as much as I should be so might have to do a ‘thats what you missed’ type post for The Penn’s whoops (dw its not much)
Anyway see y’all in a few~
I’ve been so ill :c
Idk what I caught but it’s taken almost two weeks to get over it completely and even today I still feel a bit groggy.... maybe I’ll play a bit today and relax
[LOG 31] I have made my way out of the temple after raiding the two chests. I am surprised to find that it is morning. Did I really spend an entire day inside? I am becoming more aware of my body once again. It is telling me very clearly that it is hungry...*fierce grumbling* Starving even... Perhaps it is a good time indulge in the human pleasure of greasy, flavorful food. -L.U.
[LOG 30] HAZZAH! The chest was filled with incredible artifacts! What a discovery. I am sure that the mothership will be pleased with my findings. However there is still much more to be done.I am still in the dark about the mysticism surrounding these ancient people. I am sure there is much more to report. -L.U.
[LOG 29] I have decided to open the more colourful chest first. I feel as if I am being pulled towards it by some unseen force. The lid is very heav---- very heavy... I just neeeeeeeeeee- *heavy panting* this might take longer than I thought.... Maybe I’ll just take a short break.... -L.U.
[LOG 28] I have reached this temples inner sanctum, the air here is fresh and cool. Two chests face each other in the center, one adorned with colorful designs and another stands bear with foliage creeping on it sides. Perhaps within lies a relic I seek? -L.U.
[LOG 27] I have entered a crypt room with multiple open graves. None of which hold a body. Were these tombs robbed at some point? Were the riches exploited, their secrets uncovered? I mustn’t dwell on these questions. There is an odd feeling of protection around me, a feeling of warmth and happiness. Could this be the same mysticism Sans was referring to? I am sending more data to the mothership. -L.U.
[LOG 26] With Sans assistance I was able to maneuver through the next couple of rooms with little difficulty. He had an outstanding knowledge of which traps I needed to avoid. I wanted to thank him but as I turned around to do so it appeared as if he had vanished into thin air. Perhaps I will see him again. For now I must progress onward, I sense the center of this temple is nearing. -L.U.
[LOG 25] The skeleton known as Sans was more than willing to answer some of the questions I had for him about the ancient humans. I have learned that he was alive during this civilizations flourishing years and was kept alive through some form of mysticism, though what that is exactly he did not know. He claims the deities use him as a guard for this temple but if that is the case he isn’t exactly doing a fantastic job. On another note, he did teach me some rather funny ancient jokes that I’m sure the home world would find most hilarious. The mysteries of these ancient humans only expands more. -L.U.
[LOG 24] ‘My name is Sans! What’s your name?’ Uh... It’s classified. ‘Nice to meet you Classified!’ Uh... Yeah? You too I guess?
*quietly* I have been met by a seemingly living skeleton, which is an oxymoron, but that is besides the point. I must admit that even as an extraterrestrial this is mildly disturbing, and I’ve seen many a disturbing thing in my time with humans. But perhaps it will prove of some use in helping me learn more about the ancient humans. I will probe it for intelligence. -L.U.
[LOG 23] I still can’t shake the feeling that something is not right here... *Footsteps* What was that? *cracking noises* Have I been compromised? ... Other Voice: HI THERE! WHAT IN SPODE! -L.U.
[LOG 22] Looking further into the room I discovered something rather out of place, some sort of workbench equipped with tools such as brushes, magnifying glass and scalpel. I believe this archaeology station is a sign that perhaps some lone soul did make it into this temple more recently than I thought. But what happened to them? Nonetheless, the table proved useful in cleaning and restoring the relic I picked up earlier and I can now confirm it’s authenticity as an ancient artifact. I will teleport it to the mothership as soon as possible for further analysis. -L.U.
[LOG 21] There is a much more unnerving presence in this room in comparison to the last. I feel as if my every move is being watched. There is another skeletal statue in the room but it does not appear to function with a lever mechanism. How peculiar, it almost looks as if it is swaying... -L.U.
[LOG 20] It appears that one particular bowl has some signs of prior use, it is adorned with imagery of foliage and leaves. Perhaps with further study of Selvadoradian Culture I will be able to gain an insight into what each of these shrine bowls represented. -L.U.
[LOG 19] My deduction of the levers came to the conclusion that they were all traps, made in order to trick human travelers, and likely, dispose of them. However, I also noted the presence of four peculiar looking bowls at the opposite end of the room. It appears as if ancient human kind used these bowls to make offerings to mystical deities or sorts. If I can figure out which bowl corresponds with this particular temple, perhaps I will be able to progress. -L.U.
[LOG 18] *coughing* It see- bleh agh... It seems as if in activating the lever I released a trap mechanism. I have been covered in what one could only describe as, well, quite frankly, shit... I will take a moment to calculate my chances with the other levers... -L.U.
