I have a million hobbies and a million projects. The amount of times I have either accidentally or intentionally dropped a project is countless

Sometimes it’s because I lose passion for it, other times it’s because I know my skills at the moment will not allow me to finish this properly, and sometimes life just gets busy

The nice thing about unpaid hobbies is that it is quite literally up to you when you do them. There is no rush and no deadline, just enjoyment

after all that happened I kinda lost my motivation to create for Deltarune.

I’ve tried to regain it but I just don’t know if I can.

If I do take a break from this blog it’ll be more of a ‘see you later’ than ‘farewell forever’. just until the fandom is fun again for me.

i’m tired and been fronting all day do uh i think that’s all from me. thanks for listening

[ nyx knows damn well that their body has desperately needed maintenance for a while. so today’s the day! ]

[ they grab a bunch of tools scattered around in their house and take them to their room. its been… a pretty long time, like a scary amount of time since they got maintenance. they put her in the living and decided to use their chimera plushie/other body to take care of her in the meantime, and for safety reasons. ]

[ they remove their shirt and pop open their resin casing, located at their stomach. there’s a bunch of wires inside and other mechanical organs, they kinda just… use a duster for the inside of machines. they start filtering through their body, searching for any wires unplugged, or damaged that they need to fix. ]

[ oh, the wire to their gyroscope is damaged, not the gyroscope itself which is good. they cut off the damaged part and strip the two ends of the leftover wires before tying them together and wrapping them in electrical tape. they check the wires to the leds in their head and turns out thats also damaged. they fix that and double check everything, before spinning their head and feeling so much better. they put all their insides back in the original spot, making sure they’re secure. ]

[ they immediately feel the difference with that and double check any of the other parts for damage and wear, but it seems everything is in working condition. ]

[ they quickly clean up and head back up to taking care of Callisto ]

It’s been a bit quiet lately, not sure if its because… ah nevermind.

How have you been doing? Your little one doing alright?

i’ve been doing well! think im doing better now than before actually.

she’s been doing really well! she’s about 10 months old from what she looks like. she’s even said her first word. it wasn’t mama or anything but … it was love. i mean i did say it a lot so she must of picked it up

Kids sure do grew up quick! Sounds like a sweet kid.
