“Travels are fair! Found many mecha and many neat things! Travel is fun! But like being home as well! How about you?”

Dust is a happy bug when his friends are happy.
“Good! Hope you find something to do! Bored sucks! Want go flying? I could stretch wings a bit!”
Ya look good today. Ya do something nice with your fluff?
Dust lights up, literally for a moment even.
“Grooming is very important! Clean and fluff! Gotta look best!”
Anytime his friend fixed his fluff, the more Wheelie wanted to reach out and touch it. If he could, he’d curl up with his friend. He had that expression on his face and it was clear in his field. He wanted to touch!
“So what are the rest of your plans for the day?”
His fluff gave a soft little flush of light when he was finished. Dust offers his hands as an invite to the little mech, so many love touching his lovely fluff, he took care of it for them to a degree afterall.
“Make food, watch movies, perhaps take a nap. Want to join?”
Wheelie smiled as he gently took Dust’s hand.
“That sounds like a great plan to me. I’ll join ya. I’ll even pitch in and help if ya need it.”
Dinner, movie and a nap sounded like a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon.
Dust invites him to his home, which is a very separate location from his business. “Come with! Hope you okay with apartments. Home here in middle of building. Good view though! Have good movies too. Many off world titles!”
Wheelie was okay with appartment living. Many of his friends and family members had one.
“Off world titles, huh? Ya got any favourites?” Wheelie asked.
“Yah! It earth movie! Funny human lady names Elle! Legally blonde!” He chirped happily.
“She impressive lady!”Â
“Legally Blonde, huh? Wanna watch that?”
Dust nods, he’d planned on it anyway. “Love character of Elle! She get what she want, without giving up who she is or what she likes! So many think they can do one or other!” Excitedly almost bouncing before he leads him to the elevator.
“Well, that sounds encouraging. Ain’t nothing like someone who goes out and accomplishes something! So I take it ya look up to her?”
Wheelie followed along with his friend in to the elevator. He doesn’t recall seeing his friend’s appartment before.
“Yeah! She amazing. Make me more confident that I can do what I like, work, and not lose self!” He very much liked Elle Woods confidence.
Dust programmed in his floor, which though not a pent house, the entire floor aside from a small corner was his apartment. He did well after all.Â
“Come in! Make self comfortable! Have kitchen, highgrade, and anything you need!”

“What are you, to speak to me thusly?”
Dust is probably pretty close to the same size as this big mech, and despite the aggression present, is unperturbed.Â
“Dust!” He proclaims with a sharp smile. “Insecticon, moth of course. Friend, I mean no harm. Such a neat mech you seemed, had to come say hello!”
Predaking maintained his snarl, though his wings gave the slightest flutter of confusion. “Friend”? “Neat”? This Insecticon presumed much in its speech, yet its manner was easy as if it did not fear retribution - nor, indeed, realize that it had taken liberties he granted neither quickly nor easily.
“Your greeting is….noted.” His speech was stilted, stiff around the snarl he could not keep off his faceplates. This Insecticon’s manners were nearly intolerable, the similarities it bore to his own kind all the more jarring with the mech like manner in which it spoke and acted.
Now Dust wasn’t stupid or clueless as he might have seemed. Though most of the time it helped him get closer to strangers to make new friends. However this mech was big, intimidating and beastlike. Not unlike the insecticons he’s met and even know in his own clan all that time ago. Should something happen he was not without defenses, though not a combatant himself. However he hoped it wouldn’t come to that.Â
Dust offered a bow, a proud beast he’d run across, perhaps he needed more proof he meant no harm or disrespect?
“Apologies, I overstep occasionally.” Doing his best to speak more eloquently, though it was difficult to maintain that level of speech for him. “I wander, meet knew, interesting mechs. One like you is, rare to me. Though see many large mecha, your kind is rare sight to myself.”

“Well, ya did a good job with it. Are ya gonna see a client or something today?”
“Not today! Client tomorrow, but today I just groom for me! And friend. Like to look best you know?”
“Well, ya do look sharp! So how is business? I ain’t seen ya for a while!”
“Business is slow, but steady! Not been advertising, word of mouth only. Get good clients that way!” Proud smile on his face as he fixes some wrist fluff.

Dust is humming and singing to himself as he grooms his fluffy collar. He takes being clean very seriously!
