Random question for ritual abuse and mind control survivors: anyone else forced to stack cups for hours on end? We were Mk Ultra and "cup stacking" was a huge thing they used in our abuse for awhile.
I'm really sorry if this triggers anyone, but I'm truly curious to know if anyone else knows what I'm talking about aside from the few victims I recall going through it with me. It was really weird.

Hopefully this time, this will go through.
We made this this morning while doing some trauma work around a gymnastics class we were forced to take as part of our abuse as a child. We wrote something in conjunction, which we will share in a reblog from our main blog.
I just tried to post something here but it's not showing up. It's been a couple minutes and it seems to have vanished into the ether. It'll probably appear the moment after I post this or some shit like that, but gah this is getting frustrating.

Sometimes I feel like I died in Monarch and am now a polished skeleton, shiny and clean from a million tiny bugs that consumed me during my torture. I feel like a work of art, but like the residue left after a storm. The original me is gone, but neither am I the butterfly of their dreams. I am me, but only what could be left of me after a thoroughly cleansing fire.
I think that's why I look at the ground so much. It's not just my light sensitivity. I'm looking for myself, buried under there, along with all the other children.

More process art done in a trance state (automatic drawing). I've spent a few hours looking at it, letting the shapes and colors form images in my mind, and I now see some pretty disturbing things from my traumas in it that I couldn't see at first.
I'm trying to add a cover photo to this blog, but tumblr keeps freaking out and won't let it happen. Grrr.
