For one, my livelihood as a mentalist depends on understanding people. Choosing the right words, reading between the lines, knowing what someone really means instead of just what they say, that's my specialty! And secondly, A.I. can analyze patterns, but it can't truly ead-ray a person. It sees text on a screen; I see the human being behind it~

If we're talking ideal circumstances, I'd have a wardrobe overflowing with tailored coats, silk shirts, polished shoes, tasteful jewelry... perhaps a few outrageously expensive scarves just for the sake of being dramatic. A mentalist has a reputation to maintain, after all! Looking effortlessly elegant takes quite a bit of effort! ✌︎('ω')✌︎

Though, if I'm being honest—A rare sentiment for a liar like me—I'd probably keep things fairly simple day to day.

Something comfortable, well-fitted, and easy to move in. I like clothes that make a good first impression without shouting for attention. If I can make someone remember me instead of what I'm wearing, I'd say I've essed-dray well enough.

It does get irritating now and then for a number of reasons, but I know it can't be helped by very much but a nice pair of earplugs and my best effort to mind my own business. And I actually don't hear as many secrets as you might think. I've learned to tune those out by now.

However... Some do reach my ears before I can stop them.
