I applied to be a police officer just before Covid. No record, not even a speeding ticket. They did a polygraph and asked again, if I did anything like weed and was just never caught. I was considered "weird" for having nothing. So, live your life, even if you play their game exactly the way they want, then they judge you for having too clean of a record, too, which apparently makes you like a sociopath? Fuck 'em.
