More of Cataline my VTM nunsferatu! yall really liked that last drawing of her with her scary face and normal human eyes LMAO here she is in her natural habitat (ie hospice building......i mean it's the grim reaper feeding type, where else would have the resources?)
I would like to see this go to an employment law case.. I can absolutely see the argument that in most roles it's kinda like sexual harassment to try to make you talk to customers about their genitals
This is excellent advice. Remember, you don't have to argue, you don't have to fight back, you don't have to refuse. You just have to get everything in writing. Make them actually put down in words the awful shit they are demanding you do.
Separately, a bit of general advice from my time in employment law: if your manager asks you to do something sketchy and they won’t put it down in writing? Put it down in writing yourself.
Write a contemporaneous memo stating exactly what they told you, and when, and email that memo to yourself so that you have a time stamped paper trail.
A lot of companies will absolutely throw their own employees under the bus if their shitty unwritten policies land them a legal suit from a pissed off customer. Don’t let them get away with that. Your word against theirs is a losing fight if they decide to disavow their unwritten policy. Your word taken down at the moment the policy was implemented vs. their word at the moment that they disavowed it after the fact is much better odds for you.
HOLY SHIT GUYS, I WAS INSPIRED BY THIS POST TO TRY MAKE THE SONG AND YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE THE SCREAM I SCRUMPT WHEN I DRAGGED THE TRAINING AUDIO OVER THE BACKING TRACK AND IT LINED UP PERFECTLY
Eli melds into the earth with the skull of a Gangrel they found in an SI facility, settling her to rest.
As a recovering Victorian, one thing Eli feels strongly about is death rituals and burials. So when we found remains of an unknown Gangrel while investigating an SI facility, I knew he would have to set them to rest. It also happened after a lot of discussion with others about kine, kindred, hunters with Natanel, Miasma (Path of Metamorphosis) and an old mentor Ulf, so he had a sort of enlightenment down there haha.
After gifting his old knife to the SI agent we kidnapped and he ghouled, he met with Ulf to learn how to forcibly shift supernaturals back to their ‘natural’ form (for kindred, the moment just before death), gorged on animal blood, and got to digging a hole with Ulf.
Further into the depths of the earth, already half formed of dirt himself, he crawled under the tree.
He unwrapped the skull and held it. Empty eyes looked out from bone half transformed by frenzy, the jaw extended unnaturally. He hadn’t even really known her, now there was no chance to. Hunted down by kine, by those weaker than her, cornered, trapped, and now reduced to this. Empty bone.
Words from others rattled in the still air; the nature of kindred and kine, the purpose, the order of things. He realised now this skull was incaution; throwing heed to fear too secure in the knowledge of kindred’s superior strength. Fear had harried his heels since death, from that final burst of terror in life to the constant thread in unlife. He was realising only now that fear kept him here. Fear was survival.
Why should humanity not endanger kindred, if they are but nature themselves? Just as frost or fire could wound them, it was foolish to dismiss the ferocity of kine. He’d lived through the wars, damnit, seen what humans can do.
It wasn’t much of a burial, nor did she particularly need one, but it was better than an existence in Second Inquisition storage. With the encroaching rays of dawn at his back, Eli let his form shift and meld into the earth, taking her down with him, for a final resting place.
Luce!! Been working on a lot of dif things but! Here's my guy. He's a gangrel and game store night shift lead lol and it be like that. He thought he was originally a werewolf and was immensely dissapointed.
Listen sometimes you're cursed to be feral at almost all times and have to muzzle yourself so you don't hurt others and also you work a 9 (at night) to 5 (in the morning) because you gotta afford rent somehow.
