Visited NYC for the first time a month ago and it was AWFUL about having places to sit or use the bathroom. I don’t know how regular people, but especially disabled or elderly people, survive in that damn city. I’m convinced everyone wears a diaper if they live/work in city center. But that still doesn’t solve where you can roust rest a moment. Even the subway platforms were empty of seats, it might have ONE bench.
