One-pan baked cauliflower, kale and egg topped with sesame seeds. Served as main meal or side dish.
12 green cauliflower florets Large handful of kale 1 egg 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil Sprinkling of sesame seeds
Grease oven tray with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and add green cauliflower. Swirl cauliflower with olive oil. Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes. Add egg and bake in oven for about 5 minutes before adding kale - bake for a couple of minutes until crispy. Top with sesame seeds. Meal packed with Vitamin A, K, B6, C and iron. I added this to leftover red lentil soup - delicious.
Green cauliflower has a milder flavour to the white cauliflower - I love it. X
