witches literally just do forbidden arts and crafts, and honestly I’ve taken up cross stitch, knitting, crochet, and sewing, and I gotta say that after untangling badly knotted yarn and stabbing myself with needles, using some shiny rocks to summon a demon sounds way less dangerous

I spent my entire drive home from therapy sobbing. Gods bless the cashiers at the liquor store and the grocery store for taking pity on me and not asking questions. Gods damn my apparently not waterproof mascara. But this is all beside the point.

The point is, the thing I was crying over, is Frigg in a Mom Hugs shirt at Pride. She would be so happy to be there, giving hugs and love and warmth to all of the parent-less gays like me. Every single one of the people that she hugs are her children now. She makes the rules and she’s your mom now.

Also, she makes sure you know that Thor is your big brother now. He’s fighty and indignant about injustice. He’s got your back.

It's looking like I'm finally going to go to a Pride event this year. For the very first time. While we've been talking about it for a bit now, I only just now remembered this. I'm laying on my couch crying. I've asked my boifriend to encourage me to get a hug, even if I'm sobbing about it. I need it. But fuck I'm gonna lose it

Step 2: skim through the results, skip every Pinterest and Amazon result, check one or two blogs

Step 3: hate every spell you come across

Step 4: just go make your own fucking spell

I got asked if I knew anything about blood rituals. By someone who is waiting on the person he loves to make a decision between him and her husband. The red flags upgraded to full on alarms. I don't think he's that kind of person, especially if I explained consent in magic, that would do it to get her to choose him, but good lord... Thankfully, it's something they were discussing a while back and he just wanted some info. I told him I would help but only if we all sat down together to talk about it.
