I had a customer when I do deliveries get mad at me after I showed up 10 mins late due to a bad snow storm. They wouldn't sign off on the package so I could leave it and I said. "I can not leave it here unless you sign" They replied "Your late I'm not signing shit" I gave a grumble and after some back and forth about me being late I said "It's not a fluffing pizza. Sign here please." They shut up and signed it so I could finally leave and get home due to that being my last stop.
