The Blue-Ringed Octopus

Blue-ringed octopus are some of the most sought after critters in the Lembeh Strait. With their electric blue rings and their reputation to be one of the most venomous marine animals, they make it on most divers’ bucket list. This small octopus is only about 10cm in size and does not always display its rings.

I open my eyes, it’s 04:38, just 2 minutes before the set alarm will ring.
