Old recolors will not work for this (anyone seen any?). Please note the fix goes into CEP-Extra folder in Documents. The simplest way to fix this lamp would be to delete lightpattern subset from GMDC but I took a different route, removed lamp interior subset so the other one could work. That's why it looks less bright inside.

@deatherella posted these recolours last week on GardenofShadows. I really liked them but they made them on a mesh by Nutty. And I already had the same conversion by @veranka-downloads. So I pasted Deatherella recolors on Veranka's mesh. Thats all.

Now it's time to make a long dress short ✂ For adults and teens, they have the appropriate morphs. They come in the original 12 colors (swatch is stolen), and you can choose if you want the TF files repo'd to their AF counterparts, or not. Shoes on the fullbody dress are by Pixicat, converted by Antka :)

Sims 3 base game modern seating set for Sims 2. We already have seating similar to these in Sims 2, but they have steel frames while these don't. I recolored the fabric in Anna's colors, and the legs come in shades of grey and a few random wood colors. The fabric colors in the swatch are in alphabetical order so you can pick and choose. The sofa mesh is required because the rest are repo'd to it.

TS2 Default: Apartment Life Tech fences

Never, in the history of ever, have I used these...tech fences? Why the tear-drops? Why stained glass? Why so tall? Why these color combinations?? It's an aesthetic I'm baffled by.

I made a default mesh edit for myself, but I realized some other folks might enjoy this fix too! Details & link below the cut.

I shortened the fences to a sensible handrail height, I cleared away the teardrops, and I added a floor edge hider so you can have clean-looking balconies.

If you put them on the ground the floor edge hider will sink and not be visible beyond a small strip.

This is a mesh-only fix so it'll still use the same textures as the original fence (black, steel, and white). I think this mesh edit makes the fence 1000% more usable for a variety of building styles now that it's not so...zany.

*decor objects in the previews have been placed on SilentLucidity's *90 degrees OMSP, which was then placed on animated omsp.

Tip: outside OMSP by Julsfels is useful for moving the objects outside of the swimming area.

Shiftable OMSPs are enough if you want to place decor objects above the pond... Most of the time. But it seems nobody ever shared an omsp that can be placed on pond water surface (??) Weird.. So I made one, but then I thought it would be cool if it was really floating.

I used Echo's skeleton tutorial to add a rotating joint and edit CRES hierarchy to attach placement slot to it. I expected it to be difficult, but it wasn't.

Animation runs automatically in live mode so I recommend you let it play for a few seconds before adding another animated omsp to the lot. That will prevent these from moving in a synchronized way. That's not possible on public lots unfortunately. I hope to improve this object at some point, maybe add a few different animations or add a random few seconds pause before animation starts playing.

hello everyone! today i am back with a request for another one of @syboubou's sets to be converted for ts2, this time from @tete-sims: their in construction cc set! this contains 10 decorative items (actually, 9 decors and 1 surface, shh) that you can use to clutter up 'work in progress' lots! 🚧

it's not the whole set; a lot of it was just too beyond my skillset, i'm afraid. i did manage to convert a good chunk of it, though, and the scaffolding even has edited slots! if you'd like to know more, do check the readme i included in the download, or peek below the cut for extra info! also, as per usual, there's a collection file for ease of browsing the catalogue.

Sims 2 Neighbourhood Pine Forest Defaults!

Hey friends, so I made these aaaages ago and never got around to uploading them because I was using things from other creators and wanted to make sure I had permission to share... and now, I do!

Lowedeus made these beautiful Shastakiss CS Pine Tree conversions into default replacements for the single hood pines HERE, with lovely seasonal snowy states.

I simply took their work, played in Blender and applied it to the pine forests, which I hadn't been able to find a good default replacement for. More pictures, technicals and download under the cut.

Technical Stuff:

I have slightly tweaked some of Lowedeus's original files, so I have included them in this download. Please let my files overwrite the originals or your trees might be funny coloured.

The forests pull their textures from the individual trees, so you will need to have all of the defaults in your game for them to work.

All credit for these goes to @shastakiss for the original conversions with snowy states, @lowedeus for those original, beautiful defaults that I have been using for years, and also shoutout to @lordcrumps who assisted me with creating these defaults and troubleshooting when the tree colours weren't right 😅❤️

TS2 AM Casual Clothing Tweaks Part 1

Mesh replacements for Rockabilly, Argyle, SloppySuit, Punk, OpenShirtPants, TurtleneckScarf and SuperVillain - the last one also includes a TXMT fix.

"Punk" outfit has preg morph, leather cuffs are alpha-editable (unlike original). Argyle, turtleneck & rockabilly also have preg morphs.

*Note: I'm not sorting these by expansions anymore, it's a bit of a hassle for me and it seems most simmers have all EPs anyway.

Done in collab with brilliant @episims - an alternative to colour traits version (doesn't require their traits mod but is compatible with it). Default file replaces both the rose bouquet and single rose date rewards. Both have a 'floor state' - when placed on a table etc will change into flower & vase.

Smooth talk rose replacement is a separate file and is optional.

Each default includes darker, muted red rose version for Reshade users (and anybody else) who may find lighter shade a bit eye-searing.

Pic above on the left: Epi has edited the single rose reward animation, so it's being held horizontal when Sim brings it to the door. Little card envelope shows up when flowers are placed on the ground - that's also thanks to Epi's perseverance.

*Please note that transformation to a vase only happens once, vase stays a vase when put back on the floor.

*I used 4t2 rose mesh (converted by @veranka-downloads) as a starting point to make mine, it's been modified and has new vase, leaf and texture so it's not very recognizable ;)

This was a lot of attaching, so if I happen to forget a vertex somewhere, be sure to let me know and I'll fix it. Otherwise, I don't understand why sometimes the entire mesh doesn't import from Sims 4 Studio… maybe its length is to blame… anyway I edited it and added one missing row of vertices near the bottom of the t-shirt. Men Edition Free Recolors

A long time ago, EAxis added recolors of items for men. Here are some of those items.

These are for adult male. Comes in all of EAxis additional colors. Categorized as Everyday. Morphs are included. Files are compressed. Meshes are included.

Shirt Button Open: SFS / BOX / MF Tshirt Rolled: SFS / BOX / MF Jean Pants: SFS / BOX / MF

Credits: EAxis, DeeDee for Shirt Button Open morphs, rented-space for Pants morphs, Yuxi and IO for boots.

Note: I updated Shirt Button Open and Tshirt Rolled's meshes, bone assignments, and a couple of dark spots. Let them overwrite the original mesh if you have it.

Dunno about where you are, but in Philly, it's been sweatshirt weather. I wanted my sims to be as cozy as I've been lately. @pixelunivairse's oversized Kasey Hoodies look like something you could throw on to run errands on a chilly day or curl up on the couch in. They come in a ton of colors and some fun decals too. I think my sims will be living in them like I've been.

They're for TF-AF, with the usual morphs. They're categorized as Everyday, Sleep, Gym, and Outwear...because hoodies are that versatile.

There's a bit of clipping because they're oversized, but it's fairly minimal. They should work with a good variety of bottoms. I edited the band at the bottom of the preg morph a little after taking the preview shot, so it tucks in a tiny bit more, under the belly.

I "only" did 44 of Pixelunivairse's 55 textures, so the numbers skip around.

Surfaco Mini fridge

Parkour! I ended up making this a mini fridge instead after multiple people told me so XD It’s repo’d to the ingame mini fridge and the K&B Surfaco counter. So you’ll need the University EP and the K&B SP. That’s it, I think :)
