SERENITY, 11/20/2023
"The first rule is to keep an untroubled spirit. The second is to look things in the face and know them for what they are." Marcus Aurelius
Be at peace. Keep your serenity. Don't worry about things you cannot control. Don't waste energy. Do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, to the best of your ability, and then let it go. If you're in a rut and don't know how to get out of it, find a trusted friend to help you. They are there. You just have to look for those who cheer you on, and ignore those who grind you down.

In case I've not said this recently:
If you find yourself on a committee discussing the needs of a particular group of people, but you look around the room & don't see anyone from that group, you should be HIGHLY skeptical of any "conclusions" reached.
