living for the fruits basket discourse this time around, loving that everyone is dissecting these toxic relationships!! i honestly think that’s what fruits basket is all about, relationships with others, breaking away and recovering from toxic relationships, this whole story is literally just a case study on relationships (bonds!!!) all of the characters are so intertwined in so many different ways, from hiro oddly enough being closer to rin than most of the other zodiacs, to haru’s love for yuki, to kagura’s love for kyo out of pity!! it’s all about relationships with others and it’s meant to get the ppl talking
