It took doctor’s like 10 years to diagnose what was wrong with me, some insisting I was faking for attention while a furry artist I knew just went “that sounds like crohn’s” after hearing me complain once and ended up being right

LC-13, also known as Gregor:

"a physically enhanced slugcat, bearing insect-like augmentations, once belonging to an iterator simply known as "Mother" from a now extinct local group that researched artificial Ascension."

HI HELLO UHHH I ASKED TWITTER IF THEY WANTED ME TO SCUGIFY THE SINNERS OR THROW THE SCUGS INTO THE MAGIC SCHOOLBUS AND THEY PICKED THE FIRST THING SO HERE WE ARE!! no they won't be in order and they'll be sketches done in my free time lmao

info i brainstormed:

-strictly carnivorous; blue fruits in particular deplete food pips for him

-successful case of the combination between a slugcat and the dna of nearly all available insects; centipedes, spiders and dropwigs

-LC-13 can change parts of his body into whatever he may need at the moment (energy and matter conservation and whatnot), but when he's extreme distress, he has no control over the transformations

-has a similar mechanic to mauling; he can latch onto creatures with his mandibles and shock them with his centipede-like tongue, dealing some damage and stunning them

-the "whiskers" can transform into extra arm-like appendages that help him climb poles

-the arm is not a physical augmentation, but a prosthetic; he holds the least amount of control over it and can attack on its own when he is distressed

-due to his arm, his climbing speed is very slow and he cannot wield spears, but he can use his arm to impale creatures

-iterator hermann's name is probs "rewriting progression" or smth idk yet. she has a butterfly motif to make her look disarming and to contrast gregor. she specialized in creating genetically enhanced insectile slugcats as bioweapons to fare war with a neighboring local group, but LC-13 has been her most stable chimera so far (and her prized possession). her and her local group's cans all succumbed but thanks to her investing in a mobile puppet she settled into another can of yet another local group that allowed her in (n corp basically)

-scug gregor chews on batnip instead of smoking in this au, i hc that it's not edible to slugcats and it can actually be harmful on the long run
