Lloyd Garmadon Headcanon:
I’ve have always believed Lloyd is just a chronically offline person. Like when it comes to internet memes or just the general gossip and slang that comes from the internet.
Now if it’s like stuff about his hyperfixations, like Starfare or if it has to do with video games, that’s a completely different story. Dude would have loved Mattpat.
But since canonically the technology didn’t really become so openly available to the public until season 3. And during then Lloyd was so hyper focused on doing his duty as the green ninja and living in a Monastery with traditional parents and uncle. He never had the time nor took interest in modern life.
Which leads to this hilarious idea I had. We know that Jay and Kai are like the two members of the group practically glued to the internet I can imagine that during Pride Month these two would have done the fruity hand to check the other members.
Of course Zane would be confused at first but once he figured out what they were doing he joined in. And Cole would immediately return the gesture. Nya wouldn’t do the hand but she would nod and confirm. Pixal would laugh but wouldn’t comply just to mess with them (Kai specifically).
Lloyd however would have no clue what they are doing and just treat it like Kai and Jay being their flamboyant selves. And they would keep repeating it to him along with the others and the poor boy would be so confused.
It would get worse during DR and the little ninja would do it and even teach Wyldefyre. Not that she would use it right. I can imagine her repeating nonstop to Lloyd and him thinking she broke her wrist or something and just taking her to the infirmary.
Okay I’m rambling now, but like imagine:
Jay: Hey Lloyd are you 💅✨?
Lloyd: Wtf are you two talking about???
