Berserk Ethenticity Discussion

Griffith Is canonically Welsh.

Casca is referred to as Italian by the soldiers hunting her and Guts down after they fell into the river by the cliff, although, she is most likely Kushan; an Indian or Native race in Berserk. There is no solid cannon race for Casca, although, context clues point towards Kushan, for she was born in a remote mountain village “On The Border.”

Guts is canonically Central-Asian.

No matter the race or ethenticity of characters of any fandom, anyone is rightfully allowed to have their own headcanons. I observe that in the Berserk Fandom, and many other fandoms, a majority of individuals feel the need to push their head-cannons as canon. It does not matter who another head-cannons a characters’ race, nor ethenticity, but it is most important that we as a fandom recognize that no matter the arguments having to do with race, especially Casca’s, nothing can change the canonical truths.
