You don't have to respond if you don't want to, but as a lifelong fan of Elden who is familiar with him, could you list a few things about him that you think are incredible? He just has that good boy vibe and Ii love him so and I miss him
Hello, I believe I've received a similar ask before, but I'll try to touch on a few things he's already shared himself, whether in interviews, comments, and so on, because I don't think it's healthy or honest to intrude on someone's privacy and expose it publicly. I hope you understand.
Well, I was part of a site dedicated to him called Angel of Fire and a Yahoo Group (both defunct now), so I had tons of never-before-seen images, and I can say they are all unfailingly wholesome. It’s amazing how Elden carries that aura with him, no matter what he’s doing. You’ll never see him complaining, making demands, or badmouthing anyone in public. He’s just there existing and looking after himself and the people he cares about. Elden is sort of magical, in my opinion, and that’s partly because he manages to combine kindness, gentleness, and a touch of eccentricity.
He is calm and peaceful, and he tends to speak the truth in a joking tone (apparently, that’s a typical Virgo trait.) He doesn't handle mess or disorder well at all and tends to step away for the sake of his mental health, something he values highly. Elden has been in therapy for years to manage his depression and anxiety.
He’s a musician and plays several instruments. He’s also a writer, having dedicated himself to writing a few things he wants to produce one day. He’s a huge fan of an incredible band called Big Business. Go check them out! For a metalhead like me, they sound superb!
Although he doesn't talk about religion, he believes in God and has great faith. He also believes in angels and saints.
He believes there is life on other planets.
He loves Vegemite, coriander, and cilantro.
He is very attached to father figures, given that his father was absent and they did not have a good relationship in the past. Fortunately, this changed over time, as Elden decided to put the past behind him for the sake of his family, especially when his father, George, suffered a heart attack.
Some of the father figures and friends he loved died tragically.
He's been besties with Vincent Larusso since The Mighty Ducks.
Elden is super allergic. And maybe that’s why he has a mild scent of clean laundry rather than a strong cologne. And I think that's adorable and charming and sexy.
He keeps a thick beard because of his allergy.
He doesn't drink milk, and although he plays some sedentary characters, Elden maintains a healthy routine. He enjoys jogging, for example.
His older brother was (or is) Charlie Cox's neighbor.
Elden is very shy and anxious, and he doesn't handle being the center of attention very well. He prefers interacting with fans at conventions rather than at major events, premieres, and the like. It was Jon Bernthal who introduced him to the world of fan conventions.
During most panels with multiple guests, he takes the microphone but quickly lowers it, handing over the floor to someone else.
Elden thought Foggy wasn't a beloved character.
He has smoked since he was very young.
He follows the Buddhist teachings of Ram Dass.
Elden once applied for a job as a pizza delivery driver when he was a teenager, but backed out when he got the call.
He doesn't know how to whistle.
He only recently read a few Daredevil comics.
He has (at least one) piercing in his right nipple.
He has said that the skull-and-crossbones tattoo on his ring finger is a reminder not to get married again, yet on another occasion, he stated that he simply had the chance to get the tattoo at a convention and that it doesn't mean anything special. Which version is true? I have an idea...
He has immense love for his mother.

Elden is a little claustrophobic.
He felt deeply saddened to have to crush fans' spirits regarding Foggy's death whenever they asked him about it; he still takes the matter seriously and never treats the issue lightly, knowing just how much Foggy meant to so many people, myself included. (If only his former castmates acted even a fraction as he does...)
Steven Brill let him drive his car as soon as he got his license.
He drove to Mexico with his friends once.
His favorite place in the world is Tuolumne Meadows.
He is generous and kind, he wanted to autograph all the photos of him I had at the convention (there were over ten of them, which I’d received from his agent), though I naturally didn't think it was necessary.
