When you unintentionally lose 8 pounds and feel surprisingly happy about it. You didn’t even know you cared that much about your weight. People tell you that you look skinny. It sort of makes you happy even though you know they don’t necessarily mean it in a good way. You ask yourself if you’re developing an eating disorder. But you’re not, you just don’t want to gain back the weight. But isn’t this the way it starts – when you find happiness in losing weight when you didn't have to lose it from the beginning. A part of you just want to be underweight and sort of melt away.
