Hello and welcome. I like to draw mostly fanart. TMNT is my biggest interest these days with a special focus on Rise. You will find that I prefer my turtles in their late 30s-early 40s when I make my little doodles. If you don't like that, I kindly ask you to move along. Minors, please do not contact me. I'm nearly old enough to be some of ya'll's parent.
I'm a bit of a cryptid. I'll pop up in bursts, then disappear for a month or so. One day, I'd like to find the mental energy to be consistent and actually learn some art basics. Until then, I'm here to have fun and dissociate.
I can never stick with a singular online persona, it's always changing. As such, I've changed my username to Elle the Shifter (formally elleafun.) Enjoy my ever-fluctuating appearances from raccoon fae to gargoyle to anthropomorphic cat.
Toodaloo, folks!

Pretty ballsy kill off everyone in your Alien AU. Especially Mikey, he’s the youngest 😳. How come?
For the pain and suffering 🙂↕️
And I also imagine their Hamato souls moving on into the new xeno being, becoming some twisted thing. Two xenos looking vaguely like Mikey and Donnie terrorizing any other creature they come across.
How would you imagine the Hamato Clan in the Alien universe? Would they be colonists, Weyland-Yutani workers in space rigs, stations, or ships? Would they be marines? And what cool headcanon backstories would you have in mind?
Let's do a ROTTMNT x Alien crossover:
Bishop approaches the clan claiming they are the only ones that can help with a problem out in the depths of space. A research vessel was on its return trip and there haven't been any regular reports received in weeks. Bishop promises that, upon their successful return, he'll stop hunting them and other mutant/Yokai-kind. The turtles are rightfully wary of the deal, but decide to take it. Of course, Bishop knows he's sending them to the slaughter, but holds onto the hope a specimen can be retrieved for study. The EPF and Weyland-Yutani Corp have close ties.
Splinter, April, and Mayhem join the brothers to space. It starts off comically: someone getting space-sickness, Donnie complaining about the outdated tech, Raph trying to rope everyone in, Mikey disappointed the view from a fast moving vessel is kinda bleh, and Leo being way too easy going. Then, the research ship pings. It's dark, the lights are out, but there is still power running through it. Something is wrong.
The dead ship is boarded, Mayhem remains behind. It's quiet, too quiet. Everyone is on edge. There are burn marks along the corridors. What is this sticky slime everywhere? Where are the crew? Is that...blood? The team splits up.
Group A: Raph, Donnie, and April
They come across the xenomorph. It crawls out of a ceiling panel and nearly gets the drop on them, but a trickle of drool landing on April's shoulder alerts them to its presence. There is a fight made difficult by the tight quarters. Raph and Donnie's mystic abilities luckily keeps the group shielded from the alien's attacks. Raph tries getting close to punch the alien, but its quick reflexes and ability to climb walls keeps it just out of reach. When a hit does land, it's able to pierce through Raph's mystic armor from a couple calculated bites and tail jabs. Donnie isn't able blast it like he wants due to being in a ship in space. Enough of the alien blood is spilt for him to see it is highly acidic, so he resorts to liquid nitrogen as an attack. It slows the alien, but doesn't kill it. Out of frustration, he shocks it to death. April is sidelined during this fight, as it became obvious fairly quickly she would die otherwise.
Group B: Leo, Mikey, and Splinter
Meanwhile, group B has found the research crew. They are plastered against the wall of a communal space, their rib cages spread wide. In the center is a table with a strange egg-like pod. Just as Mikey is about to stick his head over to investigate it, the noise from the fight across the ship distracts him. The pod open as their heads are turned and they rush out.
Leo and Mikey round the corner right as the xenomorph twitches one last time on the ground. There's a hectic explanation of what the hell is that and what just happened. Leo says they found the crew and that they're all dead. It's decided to return to their ship and send a report to Bishop. But wait, where's Splinter?
Running back, they find him unconscious on the ground. To the side is a weird fleshy, multi-legged looking creature with a long tail. It's curled on its back like a dead spider. There isn't much time to determine what happened as the sound of hissing and skittering can be heard. Grabbing up Splinter, they rush back to their ship and seal it off.
(To prevent this from becoming way too long, I'll rush through what happens:)
Splinter is the first victim, of course. He births the baby xeno, dying in the process as it bursts through his chest cavity. It is a hairy, terrifying thing that traumatizes everyone. Raph dies next. His fear stink gives him away every time and he gets eaten by the rat xeno. Donnie and Mikey get implanted by facehuggers that slipped on board resulting in horrific turtle xenos. Leo is able to outmaneuver the creatures due to his portals and April can fit into tight spaces to hide. Mayhem, of course, has his teleportation which also helps April.
The story ends with Leo sending April and Mayhem off in an escape pod. He needs to stay behind to be sure none of the aliens are able to make it to Earth. April protests, but Mayhem understands and teleports her into the pod and Leo sends it off. Leo's outcome remains unknown as April and Mayhem return home.
So, to answer your original question, they'd be like marines. There would be some tweaks for other TMNT versions, but they'd have similar results.
