How to assume?
Today, I’m going to explain how to "assume" when you're manifesting. Honestly, I wouldn't even call it an assumption. It’s more like you’re simply locking your focus onto your desired outcome or your desired reality.
Let me give you an example.
So, you want to manifest $100, but you’ve only got $5 in your bank account. What do you do?
Honestly, it’s pretty straightforward. You focus your attention on the end result—on the fact that you already have that $100.
I know, it’s hard to put into words. Telling someone to "just affirm and think about what you want" might work for some, but for most people, it’s just confusing. At its core, it’s about focusing on the version of yourself who already has what they want.
It’s not about being "high-vibe" 24/7 or constantly shouting "WOW, I HAVE IT!" in your head. It’s more of a quiet inner knowing. It’s that feeling when you’re alone, staring out the window, and you just feel this sense of peace and acceptance that it’s already yours. Your assumption shouldn't be some loud, forced affirmation. It’s a steady, calm process of realizing that you already possess it.
Here’s the breakdown:
1. You want something. Anything. There are zero limits.
2. You focus on becoming the person who has it. You feel it in your gut. You can even use shifting methods—lie down and literally feel yourself becoming the version of you who already has your desire.
3. You get it.
I get it, it still sounds a bit complicated. Manifesting and shifting are hard to explain beyond "just focus your attention." But you truly do have it the moment you focus on the fact that it’s yours. The key is to stop checking the external world (the 3D) and just know deep down that it’s yours, no matter what.

guide on how to apply law of assumption ð–¹
what loa is: "assume you have it and you have it".
but you obviously you already know that. now what??
001. decide what you want. let's use perfect skin as an example. you want your skin to be clear, moisturised and smooth. be specific
002. say you have it. in your mind, out loud, write it somewhere, doesn't matter.
"I have perfect skin" — wow, you've made an assumption, good job!!
003. persist. you know what's true now — you have perfect skin — and stick to it.
looked in a mirror and saw a pimple? no you didn't, your skin is perfect, you dgaf.
wonder if it's working? it already worked, you don't have to worry.
someone pointed out your skin looks worse? it's a lie, your skin is perfect.
catch yourself thinking 'my skin is so bad today'? remind yourself it's not true, your skin is perfect.
just like that. get used to changing your thoughts into your affirmations.
004. well, that's basically it. just a few words on methods:
affirming — basically thinking, so that's useful;
sats — good if you struggle to accept everything is that easy and it can be real;
list — perfect if you have a lot of things you wanna manifest! affirm you have everything from your list.
anything works if you say so and if you like it. manifesting is easy and fun. remember that. don't overcomplicate things, don't overthink.
remember, you already have everything you want. good luck, baddies <333
decide. assume. persist. that's the whole formula.
no complicated rituals, no forcing yourself to believe, no waiting for signs. just decide what you want, say you have it, and refuse to let anything convince you otherwise.
the pimple? irrelevant.
your skin is perfect. the doubt? irrelevant. it already worked.
reality has no choice but to catch up when you stop giving it permission to tell you otherwise.
manifesting is supposed to be easy — let it be. 🌙✨
I identified with the idea "I'm always lucky and everything is easy for me" and this happened.
I used to believe in astrology so. I still do a little but I'm trying to stay away from that because sometimes that would keep me in a state of lack, of hopelessness, of believing that I couldn't change what I originally was or my relationships because I used to check on composite charts or progressed synastry charts. Things like that...
But one thing that I did stay with was that I had some positions that made me lucky and my life was "easy all the time" or "your purpose is to learn how to enjoy, just relax, everything you want if you relax, will find a way to you".
So I remember having some problems days ago and repeating in my head "It's okay, I'm lucky, is in my blood everything will find a way to work in my favor" or always thinking "I'm so lucky... Yes it's true, I've seen it". When I was seated in my little community market selling clothes I was thinking "Just relax, relax, everything finds a way to you, relax".
When I finally let go and just stopped almost begging people to please stop by my stand and buy my very cheap clothes, everything worked just fine and my wallet started to weigh a lot haha. Some people gave me cash, some people transferred me the money. Everything was so wonderful for me.
A small part of the money:
I really like being soft. It has attracted many beautiful things into my life.
