excerpts from my new zine titled “cat ownership from a lifetime dog owner”, about my new kitten siouxsie. i was never allowed cats growing up because my mom was allergic, but TRUST ME I WANTED ONE. my mom and dad found 3 kittens on the fourth of july, sick with upper respiratory infections, and siouxsie was one of them. siouxsie was tiny and honestly… kind of close to being taken by the grim reaper if you catch my drift, but she’s extremely healthy now and i kiss her so much. it’s definitely a learning curve as opposed to dogs!

based on the recent toronto deltarune fan cafe food poisoning incident. they were thawing OCTOPUS. ROOM TEMP. and then putting it in the AIR FRYER. AND SERVING IT TO PEOPLE. no kitchen, no food safety or certification, just vibes!

clown mane six! finished all these designs last night. applejack is a rodeo clown, fluttershy is a mime, and rarity is a pierrot! these are all going to be turned into keychains, so be on the lookout for when they’re up for grabs!

i also was informed on instagram that it’s national clown week and i had zero clue, what a crazy coincidence.

i’ve literally had this idea stewing in my head for about 2-3 years, isn’t that insane? both the concept itself and the fact it’s been knocking around in my noggin that long. it’s been haunting me. so hard in fact that i drew this in less than 4 hours (3 hours and 30 minutes) immediately after i got off my closing shift. it has been a matter of time until i finally got to curse the public with this comic. hope you enjoy

n e ways… i tried to make several versions of dess, i was going to add more to the bottom but it was asymmetrical. my version is the most common depiction of dess, im not that original 😭 i based this design on the fangamer video where you can see a blue flannel draped over a bat. and her silhouette when she’s in front of the TV. since noelle has rudy’s skin/antlers and carol’s hair, im assuming it’s the other way around for dess. but watch, she’s going to look nothing like any of these! or continue to be faceless. LOL

PICKLE PONY! i’m actually going to be vending at a festival themed around pickles here pretty soon, so i had to go max pickle speed. her name is either going to be pretty pickles, pickle promenade, or party pickle. this is one of my fav pieces now, if she sells i’ll be sad to see her go🦄🥒

i imagine she forms into a “human” form to integrate with humans, and forms back into pink diamond whenever steven gets his powers. i know rose had to give up her form to have steven, but i think they would have to coexist here or it wouldn’t make sense LOL, alien logic! i also wanted to make her superhero outfit have the crystal gem star but i Also wanted it to look more diamond-y cuz she’s you know.. evil

finally tried it out and made some zines! a personal account of what it’s like working in retail as a alternative person in arkansas. they’re the wrong scale and a little bit off but they’re a work in progress and i’m really pleased so far!
