i have a question. Are you feeling nervous? because the war against dark enchantress cookie is about to come into fruition and I can't help but worry.

This war has taken far too much from me, and now that this has happened, I know I can't afford to watch it all from a safe distance anymore. It's my turn to step in and defend our home. Not just as a consul, but as a father and familyman.

(SO! No spoilers again, but if you read Meri's wiki page, then you probably already know what happened to her at the spire. She's out of action as of now, but don't worry! Hope's not lost yet!)

Hello marzipan blossom cookie...first off, I am truly sorry for what happened to your sister..does everyone know about what happened to her? If so, how did they react?

We didn't want to tell the general public what happened just yet, so Financier Cookie and the Paladins offered to cover for us. No matter the situation, all I know is that it's not over yet. Crème Cheese Cookie IS still out there somewhere, she's just...stuck. I won't give up until she's home.

(Edit: If anyone's wondering why I didn't include Golden Cheese Cookie's reaction, weeeeeeeell...let's just say the angst factor was too strong and needed to be reserved for a future story)

After investigating the aftermath of Black Forest Cookie's chilling wedding, the sisters and their friends trace it back to the St. Pastry Order, who is plotting something sinister in the fog of their hidden cathedral. Prepared to fight back the demons of her past, Crème Cheese Cookie takes Marzipan Blossom Cookie and Prune Juice Cookie on a quest to rescue Madeleine Cookie before the Order can get to him first.

So Meri! Have you heard about the funny cookies with boats that Custard the III met? They say they're merchants in guilds and seem very cool!

I hope Custard Cookie III was able to have more success than I did while I've been gone in Beast-Yeast, because with what we've discovered what lies in wait over here...we're going to need lots more help, and I need to be sure of whom I can trust.

Fun fact, this question is SotSF II lore-approved, if you check Chapter 12! You have to read between the lines a bit, but Meri mentions this in the second installment of her story!

How did your father and mother reacted to prune juice cookie asking you out? Did they take it well?

Papa can be a bit overprotective sometimes, especially when it comes to Cookies who have an underhanded personality getting involved with us. Maybe Prune Juice Cookie didn't leave the best impression with him during the Triple Cone Cup, given the way he won the first round, but I know he's an overall trustworthy and clever Cookie in the end.

In the story and the artbook, someone named Soft Muffin Cookie is mentioned a lot. How was she(?) like? They seem quite important... Thats honestly a lot of guilt to be carrying :(

I know now that my sister never meant to hurt her, but...I wish I had tried harder to fulfill my duty as a guardian, not just of our kingdom...but to the loved ones who needed me.

Alright, FINALLY gonna bring this story arc to a close so I can get moving on my other projects, I've kept the fans waiting long enough 😅 (Still, if you guys wanna see it, there IS a honeymoon arc in the works, I'll probably only post it under...certain circumstances)

After a wonderful ceremony, Meringue Cookie and Clotted Cream Cookie share one last moment during the reception, and the story is brought full circle, giving their children some perspective.

I know, I know, wedding update's long since over, but I was going to have centerpiece art done for this one, and it unfortunately fell through, so I ultimately decided to scrap it. Nonetheless, here it is now!

The big day is finally here, and after trials and tribulation, Meringue Cookie and Clotted Cream Cookie finally have the wedding ceremony they deserve. They recount all that they've been through and what waits ahead, and how they choose to face it with hope.

I am REALLY bad at conflict resolution when it comes to side stories, this is a well-known fact by now, but hey, no one ever complained about a swiftly-solved problem! On with the show!

When Meringue Cookie realizes she's skimmed over an important detail a couple days before the big day, Wedding Cake Cookie informs her that Clotted Cream Cookie has handled it, but something seems suspicious about it...further investigation averts a disaster and leaves the couple with figuring out where to take their plans from there.

Sorry this part took a while! I wanted this wedding story to have extra-special care since I'm literally WAY too obsessed with the idea of marriage existing in the CRK universe 😅 You can practically tell how single I am.

In this next installment, Meringue Cookie confides in her mother-in-law about the missing pieces of her wedding and how it won't feel the same without them, while Clotted Cream Cookie discusses his burnt bridges with Wedding Cake Cookie. All the while, their enemies wait in the wings, plotting something sinister for their moment of vulnerability.
