i have never faked my love for a single soul and that's why i take betrayal so personally
─ ─ ─ ─ ──.★..─
Did anyone notice my absence?
Has anyone figured out how to be a real person yet
I tried. It didn't quite work out.
The universe never cared, but it was nice pretending it did.
Yeah.
I was never meant to have support in my life, was I?
Send me questions.
I need to do something.
god, i wish i were gone already. forgotten. as if i never existed at all.
Having a severe disability that gets progressively worse over time is such a lonely experience. The more you decline, the more your loved ones leave because your limitations become a “burden” on them. Meeting new people is exhausting because you have to constantly explain your disability just for them not to understand and end up leaving you anyway. You’d think that people would wanna support you when you’re in such a vulnerable position in life but people are just quick to throw you away. Disabled people are forced to deal with the physical and mental distress that chronic illnesses cause all ALONE because society refuses to be empathetic.
This. I went from being able bodied and weird with friends at a young age to disabled with only my boyfriend. People will show you kindness, but they don't want to be your friend.
For me, people have gotten more cruel towards me. I don't even receive kindness.
i wish i had a small l ground of friends that understood me completely and we did everything together
My imagination was keeping me safe. I built an inner world that felt controlled and intentional. The characters made sense. The story made sense. I was only happy inside that world.
Now it’s empty and eerie. I feel like I’m losing it—my imagination, my inner world, the delusions that used to calm me down. No one visits me in this space anymore; play pretend is highly unsatisfying for others. Without it, the real world feels harsh and overwhelming.
As unhealthy as it might sound, those delusions kept me alive. Letting them go feels less like growth and more like losing my only protection.
my ultimate fantasy is having a brain that lets me enjoy life instead of making me feel like i’m at gunpoint over every tiny inconvenience.
Was this world always so cruel?
