I’m in such awe of the 5th episode of TVL, it’s truly the best episode yet. When Lestat started singing about Claudia I just lost it and couldn’t stop crying. This show is just overall such a beautiful show and everyone involved just does such an amazing job at making it that way. I’m just so impressed with Daniel Hart and his ability to write these fun, goofy songs and then just completely turn around and create these beautiful songs that portray such emotion, and Sam’s ability to sing them as they were meant to be sung is just so incredible. It just shows how strong the power of music is and its ability to story tell in the best ways. The scenes with Akasha and Enkil and how music plays into their story was just chefs kiss. Also I was not expecting the man who played Alastair in Supernatural to play Marius but I’m not complaining.
