Empress Bloodmoon slowly awoke, feeling a little better than she did the previous night.
Gunmar was awake before his mates, he sensed Bloodmoon stirring and entered the room, nuzzling her in a greeting.
Empress Bloodmoon rubbed her eyes and nuzzled her first husband in return.
Fujimoto was still asleep, dreaming of the days when he hunted in the abyss.
"Let's allow him to sleep." Gunmar said, running his knuckles gently along Fujimoto's brow, "He can join us later. Come, my night. Let's prepare breakfast for our family."
Every so often, Gunmar would get the inkling to prepare a meal, he liked doing it as a couple.
Empress Bloodmoon nodded, and kissed Fujimoto on the forehead before getting up. She put on some more casual clothing, and followed Gunmar to breakfast.
A single growl from Gunmar was all it took to empty the kitchen of workers, Gunmar smiled, then pulled out a massive tray of eggs, and began cooking them. He tossed the eggshells into his own maw, chewing cheerfully as he prepared the eggs.
Empress Bloodmoon grabbed some sticks of bacon and cooked them in the frying pan before grabbing a loaf of bread to make toast. She got some butter and milk from the fridge along with various berries, so they would all have a healthy, balanced, meal.

Empress Bloodmoon decided to make a law that bans smoking, and drinking alcohol as she has had enough of her soldiers and subjects harming their bodies. “From now on, Drinking alcohol and Smoking in any shape or form is illegal in this kingdom! If any of you were to break this law, the punishment is rehabilitation!” She summoned all her strength and teleported all of the world’s alcohol and cigarettes to outer space where they drift towards the sun and get vaporized by its heat.
Gunmar stared in disbelief as his soldiers mead larders were emptied in an instant.
".....What are my soldiers to drink?" Gunmar asked, "The making of Bloodgrog has been handed down from troll to troll for generations. It's out cultural drink!"
"And what of Trollsbalm?"
Empress Bloodmoon sighs. “I’d never thought to tell you this, but I think it’s best if I tell you now… before I became Empress Bloodmoon, I lived at the B&O Railroad Museum. One of the workers there was my engineer, and we were best friends. One day, when I was 12 years old… he fainted in another coworker’s arms… I was horrified, I had no idea what was going on… the ambulance was called, but he died before they could get to the nearest hospital…” tears began to form in her eyes, a look of pent up trauma plastered on her face.
Fujimoto was silent before he spoke up. “What caused his passing…?” He hesitantly asked.
“He was a heavy smoker and drinker… he was sober on the job, but I could smell the foul stench of Cigar smoke and booze all over him… little did I know, that is was killed him…” Empress Bloodmoon explained, shakily. “Smoking and drinking have negative effects on the body… it can cause certain cancers… and cause your organs to fail… I do NOT want anyone in my kingdom suffering the same fate as he did… no one at all…” she turned to her lovers, bloody tears streaming down her face.
Lord Colossus, Empress Bloodmoon’s father knew of the story and went to hug his daughter, attempting to comfort her.
Gunmar set a hand on Bloodmoon's back, rubbing gently to soothe her.
"Your compassion is truly touching," He said slowly, "And what's done is done, I suppose." He glanced at Fujimoto, wondering if the other was as bewildered by their wife's choice as Gunmar was.
Fujimoto didn’t know much about the effects of smoking and alcohol but knowing the effects radiation had on his body, he can understand Empress Bloodmoon’s grief.
Gunmar rumbled softly, offering a trollish purr to help soothe her nerves.
Empress Bloodmoon calmed a little, switching from hugging her father to hugging Gunmar instead.
“It’s clear she needs a few days off duty.” Lord Colossus said. “I’ll handle her tasks in the meantime, you all get yourselves sorted out.” He then left to check on the construction of the new railways.
Gunmar put an arm around Bloodmoon and guided her away.
"What would help calm you best?" Gunmar asked, "A bath? A spar?"
“Cuddling in bed maybe…” she whimpered.
Gunmar reached down and picked up Bloodmoon like he did on their wedding day, carrying her to the bedroom. He set her down among the furs, then climbed in after her, curling his body around her like a pangolin.
Fujimoto did the same on her opposite side and put on some music to help calm her further.
“I’m sorry you had to see me this way…” Empress Bloodmoon sighed. “It’s been such a long time since I shared that story with anyone, that I get a traumatic breakdown because of it!”
“It was never your fault, my beloved. You had experienced a horrific event in your life when you were very young, so it’s only reasonable for you to have this reaction.” Fujimoto reassured, nuzzling the back of her head.
"You have more than proven your strength," Gunmar reassured her.
Empress Bloodmoon sighed, and changed into her nightwear with her magic. “Let’s just head to bed… hopefully things will calm down by tomorrow.”

Infodump. Mostly about Gunmar 👇
Trolls have a lot of unspoken rules regarding respect of life and peace between tribes. There's an understanding between all tribes that innocents are to be excluded from conflicts, to protect those who don't choose to be warriors. Any violent disputes are handled outside of communities for this reason.
The exception was Orglak, who was known to all for being mad. He was wrong in the head, and he pretty much ruined the reputation of the Gumm-gumm tribe(which previously was a traveling warrior tribe).
He would raid and slaughter masses, and take the whelps for his own purposes. It's one of the reasons the gumm-gumms are hated so much.
Now, Gunmar is the product of a corrupted hearthstone, a heartstone that rotted from the inside out because of the wars that began to break out between humans and trolls. He is not evil incarnate though, and his purpose isn't revenge or world domination, but justice and protection. He's the manifestation of what the heartstone couldn't do; help its people. His experience with Orglak disrupted that though. He still has thoughts and feelings and he was rather young and impressionable when Orglak found him, so that deep seated need to protect and provide got manipulated in Orglak's favor. To an extent anyway. Gunmar despised Orglak's wicked ways, but learned very quickly that if he didn't, at the very least, pretend to embrace it, he'd be killed. And habits and philosophies are hard to break once you've adopted them for so long. He also put a lot of his effort towards the care of the whelps Orglak would take,(his paternal nature is ridiculously intense) since he literally couldn't stand the thought of any of Orglak's brainless, violent followers anywhere near them.
When Gunmar had Bular he knew he had to kill Orglak. Having a whelp of his own basically had every single instinct that he came out of the heartstone with come back full force. (At the time of his emergence, he didn't know what any of it meant, since he was basically a 10 ton toddler.)
Now, you may ask, if Gunmar is so protective of whelps, then why did he agree to let Morgana make changelings? Well, my friends, he did not know. After Gunmar's fallout with Merlin, Morgana said she could give him the means to better influence humanity. He agreed, and only found out what exactly Morgana had done until after. He was furious, but couldn't do much about it, because at the end of the day he is not going to seem ungrateful to the eldritch mother. It's why the babies that get stolen are so well taken care of. The bare minimum would do just fine, but he couldn't stand that thought. Human or otherwise a baby is a baby to him.
But Villr! Doesn't Gunmar raid other tribes once he becomes king of the gumm-gumm's? Doesn't he take whelps for his army?
Only if he really had to, which was more often than he would've liked. You see, because Orglak was a violent maniac that ruined any semblance of peace between the gumm-gumm's and other tribes, sometimes Gunmar had to resort to taking what his tribe needed to survive, because other tribes refused to negotiate, despite his best efforts.
The only time he took whelps was if the parents were killed during a raid, which was not very often, but still happened sometimes. And later on, when the Krubera trolls allied with them(an alliance the Krubera's kept a secret from the other tribes) They thought that Gunmar the black would want some of their whelps for his "army". (There's so many misunderstandings...) He only took them because if they're so willing to give them up then obviously they don't deserve em.
Now, he is still brutal, don't get me wrong, and I'll probably post about that later on. But he ain't no monster. Terrifying? Yes. But evil? Nope!
Interesting!
Like, I GENUINELY don’t understand the point of Generative AI. The entire point of art is to make it. The fun part is the act of creating it. I’m always SAD when I finish a story or a piece of art. The act of creating is the single most joyous part of art, in any form. Writing, drawing, filming, sculpting, knitting, ANY form of creative expression. MAKING the art piece is the fun part!
Why would I let a machine take that experience away from me???
Anon concept, sex to humans is a very vulnerable and intimate activity that easily takes over the mind of humans and becomes less... Of a precious thing and more of something to weaponize and take advantage of. Hence, why humans are so obsessed with it.
"Human's can make weapons of anything, even the bedchambers."
“That, and simply because it feels good.” Empress Bloodmoon sighed.
Even though Empress Bloodmoon hates pop music this is one of the few pop songs she likes: https://youtu.be/NlK9u6a69Dg?is=KluwjSiipvGG5rzW
Shin and his Siblings:
Fujimoto (Godzilla Just Pray): Eldest son
Shin Godzilla: Middle Child
Mei (Godzilla angels of doom): Youngest sister
(The original concepts of Fujimoto & Mei DO NOT belong to me they belong to their rightful owners!)
All hatched from the same nest.
It’s been four weeks since Fujimoto’s departure, and Empress Bloodmoon was worried for her lover. Suddenly a knock came on the main doors of the palace, and Asmodeus was quick to answer.
Just outside stood Fujimoto & Mei, all safe and sound from their journey! “Papa’s back!” Asmodeus squeaked, and Empress Bloodmoon came running to hug her beloved husband. “I’m so glad you made it home safe.” She said with relief. “So, this is Mei?”
“Yes, this is me sister.” Fujimoto introduced. “She has yet to learn English, but she’ll understand it soon enough.”
Gunmar smiled at the sight of Mei.
"Welcome, sister." he declared, the gumm-gumm's raising their spears in greeting, a show of Gunmar's force and might, as well as how generous his hospitality was.
Mei tilted her head, and bowed despite not knowing what he said.
Fujimoto chuckled. “That means, thank you for having me your highnesses.”
The Search

Fujimoto, the older brother of Shin Godzilla is on the search for their younger sister, Mei. He traveled towards the coast where he dove into the Atlantic Ocean and traveled through the canal that separates North and South America. He made his way across the Pacific, occasionally feasting on old and sick whales to satisfy his hunger. He prayed to the gods that he would reunite with his sister before long.
A couple of weeks had passed, and he finally made it to the Mariana Trench which he and his siblings called home. “Mei? Mei are you here?” The mutant called out into the deep. He then remembered that Mei didn’t understand English and let out a deafening roar in hope to get his sister’s attention. Thankfully, the roar had worked and Mei ascended from the deep dark of the Marina Trench to reunite with her eldest brother.
“Fujimoto!? What are you doing here?” The younger mutant asked in their native tongue. “I’ve been with the kingdom that’s brought on the Eternal Night.” He explained, hoping she would understand. “Our brother, Shingchi, has made friends with the Empress of the kingdom and now lives there with her family. I also fell in love with her and her husband and we have had children together. I understand if you don’t want to come back with me, but please know that these beings mean you no harm.”
Mei was silent at her brother’s revelation, and looked back towards the trench. “What about our home? Who would protect the Mariana Trench in our stead?” She asked. Then suddenly a hive of humanoid creatures with Shin Godzilla’s spinal plates emerged from behind Fujimoto. “These minions will take our place.” He explained. “Shingchi produced them from his tail tip, and there are enough of them to keep any threats at bay. Please Mei, come back with me… we’ve missed you for too long.” Fujimoto said, looking at his sister in her pale white eyes. Mei thought for a moment then let out a small smile before looking back into her brother’s amber eyes, nodding, and followed him to the Kingdom of the Night.
