✨ Summary:

Rossini was known as the Dandelion Angel who has witnessed a thousand years of Mondstadt’s history. She was entrusted by the first Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius, Vennessa, to have her as the Guardian of the Knights, tasked with guiding the Favonius forces and ensuring the safety of all Mondstadt citizens for as long as she lives.

Several years before the traveller’s arrival, Rossini and her expedition team were attacked by Dvalin and protecting her knights was her last resort, which resulted in sealing most of her divine power and endless pain of burn caused by Dvalin’s abyssal corruption. Saving her became Varka’s defining pursuit, one that would later earn him the recognition to rise as Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius.

Varka had known her for almost two decades throughout his knighthood, and her unwavering devotion to Mondstadt was what made him fall for her. Despite Rossini having no divine power to heal her people, Varka encourages her to continue her duties as Guardian of the Knights, and the two vowed to help each other and to serve their nation together which have brought several prosperous years in Mondstadt, until a new tragedy struck when the Knight of Boreas’ feelings started opening up to the Dandelion Angel’s heart, defying the laws set by the Heavenly Principles.

It's finally done 💖 I hope you like the trailer! Thank you everyone who supported me and my artworks all throughout the start to finish progress! I will also be posting the photo version of this + disclaimer and artist notes, so I will see you on my next update!

This is like Jean's POV when Varka and the Knights are leaving for their Nod Krai expedition. I wanted to show Jean's determination here as well as the worries of the citizens, along with Lisa and Rosaria too. Because of it, I really enjoyed my experience drawing these scene. All these panels are part of my upcoming Genshin fancomic trailer "The Angel of Mondstadt" featuring Varka and my Genshin OC, Rossini.

My Start-to-Finish Drawing of Jean with others ✨

This illustration of Jean, Varka, Rosaria and Lisa is finally done! 💖 it took quite awhile to color everything here, but I enjoyed drawing all of it. The background is truly what brought life to this scene.

Drawing Ronova's outfit is bit tricky, design looks doable cause of her color scheme, but drawing it for lineart, it has so much hidden details, and I enjoyed drawing her and the background for this artwork too! In this scene, she is talking to my Genshin OC.

I'm actually nervous showing this artwork online cause it's my OC, but I hope that she still portrays good in this art. I'm still sad for what happened to my file for this artwork, it's still corrupted and unable to recover. It's good thing I have back-up pictures and was able to continue finishing it.

My drawing of Varka with my OC is done 💖 this may be one of my saddest drawing today because my file for this artwork got corrupted due to my laptop's sudden restart, and can't recover it anymore. I'm glad I was able to save the picture before this happened.

Definitely one of my favorite panels. I remember coloring this felt like I'm playing hidden object game. Everytime I thought I'm done rendering and saved the picture, I will always see tiny detail that hasn't been rendered, and I think it happened more than 5 times now hahaha
