it strikes me that 'rabies venom' despite being extrordinarily deadly in principle is still kinda a useless power enpraxis.

Like, it has no effective combat applications since you can't make rabies venom lethal faster; but nor does it have any versitility since ya can't make it less lethal in the long term.

Sure its deadly, but it's merely and only deadly.

the way I see it, yes, there are vaccines for rabies; yes, I guess that would keep you in useless mutant category... but most importantly: this mfer is just a total dick flying around, bitterly biting people so they have to get a series of 2-5 intramuscular shots to prevent dying (in the thigh, ass, or shoulder muscle that is). Of course, the vaccine doesn't stop you from having rabies symptoms, just not dying. Also sometimes you can have allergic reactions to the vaccine... which can cause dying, if not treated. Oh. And sometimes long lasting side effects.

and all with a 1-1.5in long, 22g needle :)

We just established that this “new coworker” is racist, sexist, and can’t do math - why would I ask for their help??

Saw someone on Reddit asking what the requirements are for going to the library. Not to get a card and check stuff out. Just to hang out there. I don't mean to make fun of the poster for not knowing. I blame capitalism and the reduction of third spaces for making the idea of being able to just exist in a free public space seem like a strange concept to people. Anyway. This inspired a meme.
