I shouldn't be this way. I should be ok. I should be fine. I have an amazing person in my life. This monster is still here. It makes me not want to get out of bed. I don't even brush my hair. The depression is eating away at me and Im trying to fight the battle. I really am. Its like being a child though and not having the strength to push back. I wish that I had a supportive mother to just hold me and tell me that its all going to be ok. To tell me that Im not a pathetic mess. I meet my friends moms and when I do I want to cry. I don't get that though. I get the lectures about what must be wrong with me and I want to curl up and just cry. Im not suicidal. Im not going to hurt myself. Im just hurting. I hurt. I want to cry. He is noticing it and asks me what is wrong, but that is the problem with depression. You just don't know why its there. It sits there and just...stays. How do you explain that you feel like you are suffocating, but can't see who is holding the pillow over your face.
