Sims 4 Studio: Object Creating

At Studio forums we’ve focused on providing a lot of tutorials to help people get started making things for Sims 4 using Sims 4 Studio.  The tutorial section is also where all new features added to the tool are documented.  As Sims 4 Studio has improved some of those tutorials have fallen out of date and it’s an ongoing process of rooting out the old and bringing in the new.  Here are just a few of the newly added or updated tutorials at Studio.

How to recolor a custom content object that requires the original item in the Mods folder to work - in the past this required the somewhat annoying workaround of making a selective clone that lacked a footprint.  Studio has improved this so that now all you have to do is make a normal recolor:

How to fix every type of Sims 4 object shadow - in the past this tutorial was present as several tutorials scattered all over the tutorial section.  They’ve all been brought together and the illustrations updated to match Studio’s current appearance so it’s easier than ever to fix all of these issues:

How to make a custom interaction queue thumbnail - rarely does anyone need to change this thumbnail because usually the game generated one serves well.  If you need to do so though there is a new tutorial at Studio showing how:

There are a lot more tutorials where those came from and you can easily find what you’re looking for in our newly updated Build/Buy and Tuning Tutorial Index.  It has been reorganized by type of project and by level of difficulty so beginners can quickly find the tutorials to get them started and then move on to more advanced projects.  

If you’ve been using Studio for awhile it’s still helpful to stop in and browse the tutorial section periodically…all new features are documented there so if you’ve missed something or been absent from the community for awhile you may spot an improvement that is helpful for you.

I had this idea and wanted to try. Wanted to make something for all friends who gave a lot of support these days. They are mostly story tellers who creates amazing stories and screenhots with their sims. I thought some fallen objects can be needed for their stories. Here are some of them.
