All Enzo could think as she as clawed the hair from his scalp, when he sunk his teeth to her thigh was that her moan would attract every werewolf in a 100 mile radius, and he certainly didn't want that right now.

As we see bonnie and damon go into the light and not the darkness, it is assumed they go to heaven. perhaps this can be what happens to them.

Afterall! The TV series does switch stuff round... for example in the Novels Caroline is a werewolf.

Anyways I dunno if I'm right but imagine Damon coming back with wings!
