But even so he was a shinobi, and he needed to get over it. Death was a part of life and besides that didn’t he like things that were fleeting or some crap? Shouldn’t he be happy that he was dead? Wasn’t death the ultimate ‘fleeting moment’? As long as he didn’t become a liability to her on the mission then she didn’t care.
