Yesterday we planted the first bit of greenery for this big longterm project. Well, technically it's already the second part, since the little flask of pink at the bottom is (a wannado) from last year. A celebratory lily for now officially Lily, and a monstera starter culture ready for expansion...

I swear it's that cute bear's fault that I forgot to post this Flora(l) addition from over a month ago. I didn't tattoo that beautiful fellow and I meant to ask Flora about the artist so I could tag them. But I forgot. To ask Flora and also to post. Anyway. The little healed twig at the bottom is my work and from a couple of years ago. Now the mission was to let it grow all the way up and do a fun circle at the shoulder, lovingly framing the bear in a way that makes it part of the tattoo without covering it too much.
Maybe it was a teeny bit extra optimistic to think we could finish this in one session (sorry Flora). But I think we left off with a pretty moon shape for now. ;)

And also for the brain stimulation in the form of a little round of post-tattoo Mastermind, hehe (last time I played that was about 30 years ago). I cannot believe how many came to our "Kein Bock auf Nazis" Flash Day yesterday! When we opened our doors, there was a whole Berghain-worthy queue of wonderful people ready to not only get tattoos, but also to show up and support this important cause. Thank you from the bottom of my little heart! I was so busy tattooing I didn't even get to document the event itself (I hope someone else did better at that), but at least I managed a few shots of the tattoos I did. :D
After many years of her (not entirely) secret double life as a wildlife rescue superhero, Anja finally went public and is now extremely officially a total badass and a tattoo-validated member of The Deer Gang. Thank you so much for trusting me with not only your very first but also such an important tattoo! 🦌🫶

I took the chance to also take some healed pics of Sara's little bee and frog (tattooed last September).
Three fresh tattoos have been successfully added to Susi's collection: two from my flash and one masterpiece designed by her genius kid. Plus a couple of snapshots of some (but not all) long-healed older ones for good measure. I'm fairly sure Susi wins the "Most Ephic Flash Adoptions Award". Maybe I should make her a stamp card at this point?
