This is 36. . I was feeling myself at the gym a few days before my birthday and trying out new @rawgear shorts. . As far as birthday wishes go, I wish I had started weightlifting earlier in my life. I had a few encounters in high school at the school gym (wanted to try-out for football); however, my parents said I was “too small”. Hopes dashed, I still played baseball and took up aggressive skating soon after. Elbow update! . I’ve been going to physical therapy for the past 5 weeks. We started on the left elbow for 6 sessions and have moved onto the right elbow. Currently using the Graston technique / ASTYM along with Iontophoresis (medicine applied via battery). It has helped with removing pain; however, my left elbow continues to have pain return a few days after treatment.
