idk when setting boundaries will ever Not Be Scary for me but i've been able to set boundaries w friends now n being able to do that has been putting me So Much More at ease around them. whenever we end the convo where i set the boundary n we don't talk for a bit i do kinda get Rly Anxious until they decide to reach out again on their own but they Do That Now n they Don't Say anything about the boundary i've sent it's like we didn't have the convo but like in a Good Way n it makes me feel So Relieved

i don't think any type of little/syskid are fully accepted at large.

we all know already that littles who like horror, or sex, or do drugs, aren't accepted. we know they're looked down on. & that's not okay! every system is different, & just cause that's something that would be unsafe for the littles in your system doesn't mean it's that way for everyone else.

but i've also noticed that littles that need help taking care of themself, littles who can't be online alone, littles that need help bathing, using the bathroom, & eating. littles that need out of the system caregivers. they aren't accepted either. but when i see people talking about littles that like mature things, i feel like they think dependant littles are accepted. maybe that's just me making assuming things.

every type of little is fine. every system is different & thats okay. everyone should be accepted & treated with respect.

in session to day therapist started tellig me abt the different ways systems can recover (functional multiplicity, integration, combo/etc) w/o me ever mentioning beig plural/a system specifically. refered to my issues using system terms. i got to introduce myself. it was scary. but umm

idk. i am jst Waitig for diagnosis now. ig. i'm Scared. ik i prolly don't Have To get a diagnosis but it will be helpful for gettig on disability so i am. doing it despite that. n i Don't think i can go thru therapy n accept my disorder until i get an official diagnosis after my eval. i already feel myself (or kodi specifically) tryna find a way out w/o it souring our reputation so uhh uh hh. yyeah

call me a crackpot conspiracy theorist but i dont think its a coincidence that right around the time the us and uk governments were going mask-off transphobic and directly instructing intelligence agencies to treat trans activists as "violent extremists" english speaking social media became flooded w discourse driving a wedge between two of the largest subcomminities of trans ppl, with tons of definitely super real accounts posting shit like "grrr im a trans man and i think whiney feminist trans women should shut their bitch mouths and get back in the kitchen" or "grrrrr i think we should kill all men ESPECIALLY trans men and btw im a totally real trans woman"

do any other plurals struggle to answer those questionaires they usually make u do before any sorta appointment for physical/mental health that r like "in the last 2 weeks.."

i always find myself answering them according to how i've felt the past 2-3 days at most but usually like. it's how i'm feeling THAT MOMENT #emotionalamnesia

n sometimes doctors ask me abt specific shit from YEARS ago n i'm like. so i can tell u it happened, i cannor remember when, where, how or why tho!

this has been an issue since i can remember n i find it so annoying bcoz like!! wow i wish i knew!!!!!
