Working from home is normal for me. Being in “isolation” is part of my routine before the virus hit. So I figured I’ll do a simple guide about how I manage my virtual team, my clients and projects – hopefully you find some value in the tips from this post. One thing about what is going on is the economy is taking a massive hit worldwide. A lot of good people are getting hurt financially because of what’s going on. People are going to be seeking ways to make money from home, start a side hustle, etc. There are AMAZING SOLUTIONS for this problem. There are also a ton of BS “solutions” being marketed which average people are going to fall for out of desperation. “Pay $2K to get access to a 3 simple system that will help you earn 6-figures within 3 months” = BS like that. It makes my blood boil. I am working on a training video that will actually give people legitimate solutions for this problem. How can you actually make money working from home without spending an arm an a leg. Word of warning: It is NOT a magic system. It is NOT easy. It is NOT guarantee. But it is 100% proven in my business (I have not been hurt financially by what’s going on, although I’m prepared if it does happen). And it is the proven path most successful entrepreneurs took. I’m not talking about selling BS high-ticket courses. I’m talking about real products and services you exchange for money. Or legitimate remote jobs. It’s amazing how much similarity there is between being a successful athlete to succeeding online. Some lies people get marketed to online are: You need to pay (lots of) money to make money online. You need to pay for expensive courses to succeed online. Some companies even suggest that you don’t need to sell, as it is “done-for-you”. Some companies sell you a “proven system” where 90% of the work is “done-for-you” and you only need to “drive traffic”, i.e. send potential customers – which IS 90% OF THE WORK! At the end of the day, to succeed online and make money, you need to have a HIGH INCOME SKILL. Master a craft. Sales being ONE of them, as an absolute minimum. Copywriting being another vital one! (Copywriting is exactly what I am doing now with this caption: Copywriting is “selling in print”). And so on. On Saturday afternoon I attended a charity function put together by @jacksongarlick @ellymiles and other Instagram influencers from Sydney. It was sponsored by several business and to support several charities (tagged the ones I found on the second slide). As a business owner, I offered to auction a website design plus free hosting for life. It was great to see people taking advantage of their connections and influence to bring about positive change in the world by supporting the firefighters, the wildlife, and so on. Some influencers auditioned themselves for a date too 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ Anything for charity I guess! But all jokes aside, it’s great seeing charitable actions being done. That’s the reason I also started @percentdonate PercentDonate.org which is a marketplace for businesses who donate a portion of their profits to charity. This is my current thumbnail of a YouTube video going a full demo of my EranFunnels funnel building software company. My EranFunnels video walkthrough has been, and still is, an interesting experiment. From this video alone, which I posted just under a month ago, I gained 10 new subscribers. I got 300+ views. 25% of these views came from YouTube searches. 10% came from Youtube features. 5.3% came from YouTube suggesting my video. These stats tell me that about 40% at least, came from organic traffic. Do the math - that's 120+ people at least who found my video (cold traffic). 79% of the viewers have been NON-subscribers. This stat tells me that my call to action for people to subscribe is really weak, I should have more people subscribe. In terms of sales as a result of this video, I had 1 person who organically found this video organically and became a customer. 100% cold traffic. Of course, I had more sales from people who saw this video, too. You can see who they are in the comments section. Some of the people in the comments section already built their funnel and therefore their funnel/website is linked in the comments so you can see what is possible with EranFunnels. I wish I had chosen a slightly better video to push on the rankings, to be honest, but that's okay. Learn from everything. So far there are 22 likes and 34 comments. As of right now, I am ranking on the following keywords on YouTube: clickfunnels and kartra alternative 2020 = #1 spot clickfunnels vs kartra = #23 spot kartra vs clickfunnels = #17 spot kartra alternative = #8 spot clickfunnels versus kartra = #22 spot I have not paid for any views or paid ads with YouTube purely because I want to practice organic growth and really test out this particular video. Well I got served an ad yesterday on Instagram. I always register for online business opportunities to learn about how people are marketing, what they are offering, how they are offering it, etc. I learn so much from just observing. But this one I don’t often see and since I’m on an educational infographics series on online marketing, sales funnels, and so on, I thought what a wonderful opportunity to blow some BS out of the water 💦 and document some fake guru and deceitful tactics which just make my blood 🩸 boil 🔥 By the way, I am not advocating this business model as such by explaining how it works.
