Ergonomic Rules to remember in the office

There are a few rules to remember to keep you going while in the office. 

The 20/20 Rule: If you stare at a screen all day use this one as a rule. For every 20 minutes that you look at the screen, look away for at least 20 seconds.

Screen positions: Make sure your screen is 20-26 inches away from your face at all times.

When you're looking for the perfect TV wall mount, where is the perfect place to start? Obviously one should think about the size and weight of your television, but what capabilities do you want it to have? Task Lighting

Task lighting refers to lighting that lights a particular area and makes the completion of a task easier as opposed to ambient lighting that illuminates an area in general or mood lighting that is installed to create a specific effect. Task lighting becomes especially important in software or hi-tech industry, which involves working in front of a computer for long hours, or any other industry where the task or work at hand can cause eye strain. This focused lighting relieves eye strain and therefore becomes a crucial part of an ergonomic workstation.

                     Task lights are made with LED (light-emitting diodes) that are more comfortable to our retinas. Most of the task lighting tends to be adjustable, a key feature of an ergonomic product. It allows the user to position or adjust it according to one’s needs and preference.

My Back Hurts
