Tonight's Orange Theory class! I'm so obsessed with these workouts, I attribute a lot of my success the first keto time to them.
Made some peanut butter chocolate fat bombs. They are delicious, definitely going to work on the recipe.
Me and todayās dinner! Itās cauliflowers risotto from my wicked Keto cookbooked and a bunless burger with garlic aioli and balsamic red onions!
Quick fact. Ready? People tend to have stronger cravings for carbs while experiencing stress. Why? Because carb consumption increases the amount of serotonin produced in the brain, thus improving mood and giving a sense of relaxation.

I weighed myself after my orange theory class cause I was feeling puffy but I guess I'm not? ā ļøNew low weight alert! ā ļø
Chicken marinated and dredged in ranch and then coated in a blend of almond flour, parmesan, old bay, salt and pepper. The brussel sprouts are just roasted in the oven with shallots, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
I feel fat and like a cheater since I've been half assing Keto for the last few weeks. I didn't gain weight but I'm also mentally in a shitty place. I've got my half marathon Sunday so I'll probably eat a ton of carbs tomorrow and feel guilty when I know I should be viewing it as my fuel for those 13.1 miles.
I donāt always eat breakfast, but this morning Iām huuuuungry. Low carb almond flour waffles made in my goodwill waffle maker find, bacon, and sugar free syrup. Yummmmmm! š
My Keto iced coffee made with sugar free mocha & caramel syrups that I found at TJ Max! I made whipped cream with Splenda and cinnamon to top it off.
Date: The human body canāt survive without sugar and everyone needs to eat as low fat as possible to avoid heart disease.
Me: *shoving salami sticks into my purse* I need to leave right now immediately
