i know i know so many gifs but i was so proud of it! im turning San My into its own Cyber metropolis and i started with the fashion district cause thats where my OC Chain lives hehe basically i used Tool and alot of 2D moving textures and then VERY few meshes in strategic places where the camera usually points so i dont overload my save file and corrupt it!

(decided to edit and add the song that i played while decorating!)

i got lucky and the spice festival started as i was recording lol but I'm so glad it did because loooooook at how much it meshes in no problem!

unlike the fashion district (which is actually the arts quarter but i switched their names around for my save cause the locations just feel right tbh) which i made into a sorta high end fashion hangout i wanted to have a more Cyber urban feel to the spice district to show that some places change completely but some adapt instead! anyway I'm so glad nothing conflicts with the spice festival placements and actually add to the experience! the world feels so much fuller and all i did was add a 3 extra stalls and a bunch of light up adds lol

now onto the the next district the arts district!
