Idea: Fount with a bunny y/n who used to be one of his rabbit servants turned into an actual cookie, since some things were too difficult or complicated for the usual rabbit servants and he had been of getting an actual assistant for a while anyways. Also maybe something about what happened when Fount eventually corrupted into Shadow Milk?

@milkunni I do have a few random thoughts about rabbit Y/N and their relationship with the Fount, if this is alright...
Though you can complete more tasks in your Cookie form than as a rabbit, you probably also have a group of rabbit servants that tail behind you. You and the Fount are the only Cookies they listen to directly, most likely!
You probably act as a translator for the rabbits, as well, telling the Fount what they're trying to tell him. (He's probably able to tell himself, but...you have a better understanding, and he likes the sound of your voice.)
It probably takes you time to adjust to being a Cookie. You turn to him for answers a lot, attentively listening to the advice he can give...it makes his heart flutter.
Technically you can do work for the Spire in general, but you often end up personally helping the Fount. Finding books, making sure he eats, and so on. He certainly isn't going to complain!
As for what happens when the Fount corrupts...milkunni may have a better idea, as they came up with this idea. But I think Shadow Milk would still be very invested in keeping you at his side.

honestly, i’m not sure what would happen after he corrupts myself HAHA
howeverrrr, i believe bunny!reader would be reluctant to leave even as he turns to deceit. the Spire and Fount is all they’ve ever known, where else would they even go? so, instead, they’ll stay in hopes that someday they’ll be able to help him come back from deceit.
when he does becomes Shadow Milk, they’ll likely try to take care of him even more (because clearly deceit hasn’t done him any favors for his overall wellbeing so far). and as for during his imprisonment, i’m not exactly sure 😭 assuming the rabbits are his creations and have a connection to his Soul Jam, bunny!reader will likely fall asleep like the Beasts’ minions did.
overall, they’ll stay loyal to him, regardless of what he does, but won’t try to indulge him like Black Sapphire and Candy Apple does.
Ooh, imagine them scolding Shadow Milk for his evil deeds...while also fussing over him and his health. Especially after he returns from being sealed. Probably one of the few Cookies that can "get away with" scolding him without him snapping back.
Ok I know I'm literally some rando on the internet and this is legit my first post but I made an entire oc based on this and have ideas that will not get out of my head:
Because they were created by Fount himself to help with tasks they know the Spire as well as he does, sensing whenever a room has changed or a passageway has opened up. Black Sapphire had to get used to how the spire worked when he first became Shadow Milk's sidekick so he typically asked them where things were but by now he's gotten used to the layout, sometimes asking them questions only if he's in a rush and the spire's changed again. Candy Apple is much more stubborn and refuses to be helped so you're forced to watch her walk the completely opposite direction of where she's meant to go, insisting she knows this place as well as Shadow Milk does. She does eventually learn the Spire as well but still gets lost sometimes and only accepts help if you're insistent or she's desperate enough.
Another is that they most likely sensed the Fount's corruption happening before he did since they were created by his magic so they're both in tuned with both his souljam and he himself. They'd obviously try their best to help him and prevent his descent into deceit as much as possible, whether succeeding or not is entirely based on the person but also what Fount chooses since there's only so much they can do no matter how much he loves them. Even if he ends up becoming Shadow Milk he'd always reassure them it was for the best and it's never their fault if they are guilty over it.
Oh and they can switch between rabbit and cookie form. This is just a straight up fact bunny!Y/N wanted me to tell you guys so sorry but I don't make the rules :/. Not only has there been times where Fount's cuddled them while they were a rabbit because of how soft their fur is and it's the best stress reliever, Shadow Milk continues doing this but also is very insistent on doing the 'villain slowly turning to face the hero while petting a small animal' thing. He swears it's integral to his character and that if you won't indulge him in deceit you'll at least indulge him with that right? Plus it's better than his previous idea of introducing you through pulling you out of a hat.
