Of note, these are Carnotaurus, not T. rex, and they have proportionally the smallest arms of any non-avian theropod. Carnotaurus can be identified because they have those big bony horns on their head, and tiny arms with four fingers (Rexy had two). And they have the build of a see-saw.

If birds are included in the competition for tiniest arms, then Moas win hands down as they got rid of hands/arms/wings altogether. And they don’t even have the benefit of a tail to counterbalance with. Truly a Muppet of an animal.

And I also need people to know that Jurassic World has produced this Chomping Carnotaurus toy and I need others to appreciate it. On sale now for like $25. Excellent proportions.
