Oslob, Cebu One more item scratched off the bucket list; swimming with these majestic creatures! Nothing makes you feel tinier than being beside one of these adult whalesharks. (This is but a screenshot of a video I took, much more to come when I can actually process them.) Photographed by: Paolo Nacpil
Nalusuan Island Marine Sanctuary, Cebu
Stayed overnight at this tiny Island across from Mactan. Haven’t been here since I was a kid. Best coral reefs and the most amount of fish I’ve seen hands down as compared to all the beaches I’ve visited during this current trip. Got to spend time with my Mom’s side of the family as well which was nice. This month is flying by too quickly.

Tonight is my last full night in the Philippines. How quickly the month flew by. Spent the late afternoon / early evening bonding with the parents at our lot up on the hills just like old times. Maybe we’ll have our dream house overlooking the city the next time I come over to visit. Home is wherever as long as you’re with family.
The Underground River
A limestone cliff appears in front of you with an opening on the lower portion and you proceed through the opening. You are riding a tiny little boat with 10 other people guided by a local boatman, equipped with a handheld light up front. You enter the dark cave with the walls surrounding you, and little by little it opens up into several sections of large chambers with stalactite and stalagmite formations, some of which are utterly enormous. It is surreal to think that you are inside huge cave with a river that is 8.2 km (5.1 mi) long running through it all while being underneath a mountain. Puerto Princesa, Philippines.

Vintage Wagon
A look at Vintage Wagon’s offering to the public, and they can usually be seen in bazaars. So it’s basically a rolling Volkswagen shop selling all things that are vintage, whimsical, and bohemian. Glad that I was able to take photographs of their mobile store.
There were actually a lot of cool stuff in there that are perfect for gifts or decorations. I’m pretty sure that you’ll be amazed when you see this wagon for yourself.
