#there are so many fanfictions I read as a teenager that stuck with me #i remember a Larry stylinson fic called fading #it was about anorexia #it really shaped my understanding of the topic #still to this day I think about it whenever anorexia is mentioned #bonus point is it also taught me all the English vocabulary related to eating/chewing/swallowing etc.

my personal favorite is the soundscape when they kiss for the first time- the sort of singing bowl/gong sound repeated like a heartbeat with a crackle combined with the score elevates it to pure magic

#yes I did two school trips to the uk (England and Scotland)#growing up in Paris it was one of the closest countries to go to #they wouldn’t have organised a trip outside of europe though #too expensive
