1 Scotch, 1 Beer, 1 Whiskey
"You seem very tense. Relax, we’ll be there in a few more minutes." Vivian said to him, reassuringly. Her heart was pounding in her chest as she led him to one of her favorite spots in this tiny little town. Knowing that he had a gun on him did make her nervous. Eli had tried to tell her a little about being a lycan when she was first bitten but she only pushed him away and tuned it out at the time but what she did remember from the conversation was a that there were hunters out there as sort of a supernatural law enforcement. Eli had also warned her that sometimes the hunters didn’t follow the rules and acted on their own vendettas. Lost in her own thoughts she tripped on one of the roots and caught herself quickly, faster than a normal girl who was slightly intoxicated would have. She cursed under her breath hating that she had to try twice as hard just to appear human.
Adam listened to her and nodded as she spoke, following her. "I'm sorry, I just had a hard d...", he said but the rest of the sentence didn't come out as he saw Vivian moving so fast. Supernaturally fast. Now this was a problem, he couldn't ask her about anything because she would know instantly he knew about supernaturals and could think he was one himself. So he kept quiet, quickly walking towards her to help. "Are you okay?", he questioned, forcing a smile. "Did you get hurt?"
Back into the swing of things (Open)
Oh really? And what exactly do you know about me?
Your name.
Unless you want to reveal something else, I'm always up for new friends.
"You aren’t alone, don’t think that for a second," he shook his head,"I have always viewed you as a good companion of mine and I will continue to. Whatever happened to Lillian, she probably wasn’t willing."
"We're born alone and we die alone, you told me those words if I'm not mistaken, I remember them everyday.", she muttered, staring blankly at her nails. "I appreciate everything you've done for me but you do not have to feel obligated to keep putting up with me just because Lilian is gone, if she is. I think I can take care of myself, what could go wrong, right?"
Ben.
Are you new in town?
New... No, I'm not new in town, I was born in here but I haven't been around for long.
I've decided it was time for a visit.
I should have stayed at home.
Not looking so bright today, isn't that right honey?
Brighten up, this party is not so bad.
I—I didn’t catch your name.
You didn't catch it because I didn't say it.
Evelyn, what's yours?
"Bath salts? Interesting choice is this for a gift or for yourself?" He kep this blue eyes on her wondering why she was in this store. If she wanted bath salts, there were tons of other stores that sold them. "Well these over here," he pointed towards an area, "are fragrance while the ones to the side or not. All of them should be relaxing. Is there something specific you want?"
"It's for myself.", she replied, walking towards the bath salts. "I like the franganced ones, those are lovely. And yes, I mostly want them to relax, you know. Drown my demons if you understand the metaphor. ", she looked at him, offering a smirk. "The lavender ones should be good.", she tried reaching up to grab them but she was too short. "Would you mind?"
Rotting, I think, is what would happen. Not good.
Smelling nice for “the ladies” isn’t a big concern for me. I mean—I shower, I just— yeah.
You never know when it might become a concern.
Yeah, living… things…
Also keeps you less sweaty, which apparently moms everywhere approve of.
Yes, it can also water the dead though I don't think it would do the same to those.
Moms also approve of showers, you can use soap that helps you smelling good for the ladies.
Clears the streets and trails, too.
Waters the plants and all living things.
Look like the innocent flower, But be the serpent under it.

Is it really that weird that I like running in the rain?
Not at all, I find the rain rather calming.
Both Lillian and Evelyn had been old friends of his and even though he wasn’t one to show emotions, he wasn’t going to just let Evelyn deal with this on her own. Even he had his limits.
"Evelyn, you do not have to leave. I will help you anyway I can."
"It's very kind of you but I don't think there's anything you can do. She's dead or she left me and either way that leaves me by myself. I should start taking things like that, alone.", she replied, not wanting him to feel any pity for her and to want to help her because of it.
Do I Know You?
"I actually have my motorcycle here and I’m not really a fan of leaving it. Want a ride?" Vivian asked her curiously.
"As you wish.", she smiled and followed Vivian then sat on the bike. She wasn't a fan of those but oh well, whatever kids were into these days. "We should grab something to eat on our way. I'm starving."
