Josh's Yelp review of Saturday including a handsome singer...

...On a Sunday! Josh never fails to make the lead singer of the band he may or not be kicked out of all the time smile. Even in a chill setting, Tyler can't help but grin whenever he gets a good review. My Yelp review would be, "Pretty cool pilots, they really love Ohio, and I think this small indie band is surely going places!"

Midwest Indigo is a love letter from the pilots to their hometown, Columbus, Ohio. Sometimes the places we grow up in might feel like the only place we'll ever get to see. How much farther does our world go beyond the snowy roads and candy stores we frequent after school as kids? I love that even when it can stir up self-doubt, it's still the city Tyler and Josh are proud to be from. Those days when chances seemed to be plentiful like the ice melting off windshields had been enough for Tyler to write out those memories with a fondness like no other.

In lieu of tonight's rare Blue Moon, I wanted to center a piece around Drag Path for the occasion! I adored the shot of the pilots walking towards the stage to receive their award, found a picture of a forest scene that appeared similar to the one in the Drag Path MV, and threw this together! Tyler and Josh running through the trees, never losing the other in the thick fog.
