Our May book selection is “Let Me In” by JA Lindqvist (check under “Let the Right One In” too - it looks like the United States at least has it listed that way). The poll resulted in a tie and via our highly scientific and evil tie breaking technology (we rolled a die), this is the winner!
Better get your stakes ready.
The May poll (heh) is up! A bit late. But it’s up!

There’s a theme. Do you see the theme? I love a theme. Themes are evil.
Anyway, closes Friday, April 22 at noon central. Vote now.
Have you ever looked into making a Goodreads group for the book club? It might be easier for members to track happenings and get involved that way, I think.
As such, I bring tidings both bright and bothersome. Such a group does exist- located right here, in fact. On the other side of the coin, though… We’re not as prompt with updates on it as we should be. But! We will make a concerted effort to keep it more up to date for any members who wish to participate!
Yours in wicked literature,The Moderators
In April we will read "The Girl on the Train" by Paula Hawkins. Have your tickets ready.
Oh it’s that time again. Time for you to raise your seductively dark voices and bellow your selection into the void.
No, not the primaries. It’s time to pick the April book!

We are currently experiencing a three-way tie. EVIL.
Poll closes tomorrow.
Today’s the day. Last chance to have your say and throw yourself into the fray. Speak your mind or go away. It’s possible I’ve been listening to the cast recording of Hamilton on Broadway. No day but today. Wait, that’s RENT.
Poll closes in a little over two hours.

In February, we will read, “Fingersmith,” by Sarah Waters. Bowie would be proud.
The February poll is now open. Doing something slightly different this time, in that each candidate for the month has been pulled from David Bowie’s list of 100 greatest books.
